Нам все понравилось, уютно, чисто, вполне нормальный завтрак, жаль мы провели там мало времени.
Pros:

Прекрасный хозяин, встретил гостеприимно. Дом окружен множеством оливковых деревьев. Внутри уютно и чисто. В кухне есть всё необходимое. Удобная бесплатная парковка.

Lovely resort in a very pleasant and quiet location with excellent hosts. Thankyou.

The property was in a good location, and was very comfortable and quiet. We had a smooth check-in with the help of Luciano and an excellent breakfast was provided.

Cons:

The swimming pool was advertised as available for use, however was in fact empty, which was disappointing as I enjoy regular cold water swims.

Pros:

We spent three nights at Trulli Nuova Aia Resort and had a wonderful stay. The estate is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by the countryside of the Itria Valley, which makes it a perfect place to relax after visiting nearby towns like Alberobello. Staying in a trullo made the experience even more special and unique.
The owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt genuinely welcomed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh products and a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, rural setting that feels very authentic to Puglia.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay that affected the overall experience.

Cons:

On the first night the room was quite cold, and the air conditioning unit was making a constant buzzing noise. During the night we had to touch or adjust the unit several times to stop the noise, which disturbed our sleep. The following night we decided to turn the heating off completely just to have a quieter night.

However, that night we had very noisy neighbors above us. From around midnight until about 2:00 AM they were moving furniture or heavy objects, and because the walls and floors are very thin, every sound could be heard clearly in our room.

There is also an issue with the hot water. In the shower you have to wait a very long time before the water becomes even slightly warm. We were a group of five people, and in the evening only two of us were able to take a shower before the hot water seemed to run out. It feels like the system relies on a small boiler that runs out of hot water very quickly.

Breakfast was another small disappointment. It is a simple continental breakfast with no hot food options available.

Overall, the hotel has a great location and very kind staff, but improvements in sound insulation, hot water capacity, and room comfort would significantly improve the guest experience.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and fresh options every morning. There is convenient on-site parking, and the parking spaces are spacious and plentiful, which made everything very easy for us. The host was extremely kind and friendly, always welcoming and helpful. The accommodation area is very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.

Resort in campagna in zona tranquilla.
Pros:

Ho soggiornato al Nuova Aia Resort il weekend scorso in occasione del Carnevale di Putignano, che dista circa 15 km dalla struttura, e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene.
La posizione è comoda per chi vuole visitare la zona e partecipare agli eventi senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. Le camere e il bagno erano in ordine e molto puliti, aspetto per me fondamentale.
La colazione in stile English Breakfast, abbondante e varia, è stata una piacevole sorpresa: perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia prima di andare al Carnevale!
All’esterno è disponibile un parcheggio coperto, molto comodo, e per accedere ci sono state consegnate le chiavi e il telecomando per il cancello, così da essere completamente autonomi negli orari.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora che ci ha accolto: disponibile, simpatica e molto cordiale, ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa.
Sicuramente una struttura che consiglio e che terrò presente per i prossimi soggiorni in zona! 😊
