لما وصلنا كان فيه موظف استقبال نفسه في خشمه ومايتعامل بمهنيه وكأنه ماسك اعصابه غصب
ايضا تفاجأت انه لازم تأمين في موقع الفندق وماكان موضح في بوكنج
والشي ء الي مو حلو عندهم باصات الحرم لها فترات محدده فقط وبعدها توقف شغل
خدمة الكوفي الموجود ماهي ع مدار الساعه
لكن كنظافه جدا نظيف وبقية موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين

Tesiste 12-14 2026 tarihleri arasında konakladım. Odalar temiz. Kahvaltıda Türk damak tadına uygun seçenekler maalesef az. Yemek için yiyorsunuz. (Dışarıda zaten hiç Türk’e hitap eden bir yemek bulamıyorsunuz)
Ama merkezin dibinde yer alan otellere göre çok iyi. Servis konusunda her 30dk da bir araç mevcut. 200RİYAL Depozito alıyorlar ve çıkışta oda kontrolü sonrası geri veriliyor

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement, pas loin à pied de la Mosquée du Prophète et aussi très pratique grâce à la navette. Elle fonctionne de 4h à 7h du matin environ toutes les 20 minutes, puis de 10h30 du matin jusqu’à minuit, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous sommes arrivés en voiture et nous l’avons beaucoup utilisée pendant le séjour. Le parking est grand, large et facilement accessible. Il y avait deux agents de sécurité, et l’un d’eux m’a particulièrement marqué, un monsieur costaud dans le bon sens du terme, très gentil, souriant et professionnel. Les chambres sont magnifiques, propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, généreux, bien diversifié, avec des produits qui semblent frais et de bonne qualité. Globalement, le personnel est aimable et respectueux.

Cons:

La dernière nuit, nous sommes tombés sur des voisins un peu bruyants, mais cela fait partie des aléas des hôtels. Le point principal reste que le dernier jour nous avons oublié des affaires dans la chambre, et j’assume totalement que c’est de notre responsabilité. Un membre du personnel, à qui j’avais laissé un pourboire conséquent et qui m’avait demandé de laisser un avis positif en mentionnant son prénom, est entré dans la chambre juste après notre départ. Je ne sais pas s’il a signalé nos affaires oubliées à la réception ou non. Peut-être que oui, peut-être que le timing ne permettait plus de nous prévenir. Allah seul le sait, et si je me trompe dans mon ressenti, qu’Allah me pardonne. Je préfère ne pas citer son prénom pour ne pénaliser personne. Mon intention est simplement de partager mon expérience et d’inviter chacun à bien vérifier sa chambre avant le départ.
