اسوء تعامل استقبال وقاموا بتغريمي 200 ريال بحجه ان لمبات مخربطه وانا لم استخدمها

Overall stay was hurt by the incident due to sharp edge furniture
Pros:

I stayed in 1024 room, Hotel clean, good Location, parking facility near by, walking distance to Haram 10 min and shuttle service available as well. Breakfast would like to include items like nuggets as well.

Cons:

The glass on the side tables near bed was so sharp that i causes deep cut to my 6years old daughter on her head while she was sleeping and fell from the bed. Lot of blood loss and no firstaid facilty inside the hotel to stop the bleeding. Was rush to the haram hospital then able to hold the bleeding.
This type of injury prone assets should be avoided inside the faciltiy.

المكان مريح وهادئ والموظفون والعمال جيدون

Cons:

تم استغلال وجودي مع اسرتي لدفع مبالغ اضافية بحجة انه لايوجد غرف متجاورة او مناسبة للاقامة علي الرغم اني فى الحجز اخترت غرفتين وذكرت ان معي اطفال فبديهي يكون سويت او غرف متجاورة علي الاقل تم تخييري مابين غرفه بالدور الثالث والاخري بالدور الخامس او دفع مبالغ اضافية لتعديل الحجز

Excellent experience! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear information and great accommodation options. The hotel’s shuttle service to Masjid Nabawi was very convenient and well organized. A special thanks to the driver, Fida Hussain, who was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. His excellent service made our visits comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
