Pros:

فتدق قمة في النظافة والتعامل من جميع الموظفين والعاملين كذلك
اشكرهم على هذي الاخلاق الحسنة
وكذلك المواقف متوفرة بثلاث طوابق سفلية

Cons:

الموقع بعيد شوي عن الحرم صعوبة الوصول الى الفندق وذلك بسبب المشاريع بجوار الفندق
ولكن ان شاء الله عند اكتمال المشاريع راح يسهل كل شي الوصول للحرم والوصول الى الفندق مباشرة من الطريق السريع

يوفروا ماء شرب اضافي في الممرات باستمرار
بوفيه الافطار جيد و وجبات الغداء جيده جدا
الموقع 15 دقيقه مشي من الحرم... والباص الترددي متوفر بشكل مستمر والسائق محترم ومتعاون.. بيوصل للمركزية الشمالي وبتمشي خمس دقائق للحرم
طلبت طاولة كوي ومكوى وتم توفيرها بشكل سريع.
المصاعد كافيه

واجهت مشكله في الخزنه اكثر من مره والصيانه استجابو لكن تكررت المشكله.
بتمنى نظافة الكنب والسجاد تكون افضل. لكن بشكل عام الفندق نظيف

الفندق جمييل ونظيف ويوجد باص للتوصيل من والى الحرم الاستقبال متعاون والخدمه ممتازه والمرافق نظيفه انحكم فيه ليس بعيد عن الحرم تقريبا 5 دقايق بالسياره او المشي لمن يستطيع

اصناف الافطار ليست كثيره وايضا لايوجد لديهم طبخ للبيض في نفس الوقت مثل اغلب الفنادق التي تطهي البيض حسب رغبة النزيل . ولكن يعتبر كويس نوعا ما

Perfect!
Pros:

Het meest beviel de punctualiteit van de bus driver Fida Hussein, zo netjes en altijd vriendelijk en vooral optijd.
Ook housekeeping was perfect.
Het is 15 min lopen naar de Masjeed als je wilt. Buurt is wel een soort van bouwput maar ondanks dat is het een heel goed hotel!!
