Bus shuttle service timing so bad and some drivers is good but one driver cannot pick passengers just empty bus go back to hotel passengers standing in road side and up hand sign for lift

وتوجد مواصلات للحرم النبوي الشريف وحبذا لو تمدد فترة الصباح لتكون للساعة التاسعة أو العاشرة صباحا وشكر

Very welcoming
Pros:

The free shuttle to Harram was excellent. The drivers were polite and very welcoming.
The porters were great. All the staff had a smile on their faces.

Pros:

Vriendelijke personelen bij de receptie vooral broer sultan Mohammad en Ahmad omer , hygiënisch , schoonheid,grote kamer en comfortabel, uitgebreide ontbijt.
Bus naar de haram en broer driver uit Pakistan.
Alles is top ik kom terug inshallah in ramadan.
