Pros:

The location and the staffs.

Cons:

Almost same food everyday.

Bed very uncomfortable and cause body pain.
I pay cheaper hotel with more stars and much better comfort.

I was blocked with my daughter in the stair cases area during emergency and lifts were out of service. I climb the stairs till my floor level but the door to enter inside were closed. When I returned back on ground floor, the emergency exit door was and locked. I have to knock the door very hard and shout to open from outside. They did after loud alarm went out.

Everyday, the emergency alarm is activated at night or early morning. This is not convenient for babies and toddlers. People at some point did not exit their room and took this seriously. The day there is a real emergency they might not exit at all due to this routine of false alarm.

I truly believe for such price better services can be offered as well as safety.

Pros:

Good clean rooms. Staff was helpful. Continuous shuttle service. 10-15 min walking distance to the Haram. Great breakfast.

Pros:

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is exceptional, being just a short walk from Al Haram, which makes attending prayers very convenient.
The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. I was also very impressed with the Iftar service; the food quality was excellent and offered a great variety. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Al Madinah for prayer."
