ممتازة وهادئة ولكن سلبيه بسبب الملاحظات اعلاه

قربه من الحرم ، بشاشه الموظفين ، الغرف نظيفة ، الماء ساخن وممتاز

Cons:

الفطور جدا سيئ ولا يوجد تنوع ، الحفريات التي تحول المكان الف 100 مره لاوصل المكان ، الكدادين مزعجين جدا ، مافي مطاعم نظيفة جنب الفندق ، العمال مزعجين وهم ينظفون، الحجاج ابدا مافي ذوق يصارخون ويدافشون ، تجربة غير موفقة ولن أعيدها

Good value for money
Pros:

Thank you to the two staff members at Zaha Taiba Hotel—Abdul Razzaq and SHAHINALOM—who helped us carry our bags. Special thanks also go to the courteous bus driver, Fida Hussain (from Pakistan), who drove us to and from the Prophet's Mosque, as well as the hotel reception staff especially Sultan; he was the reason we chose this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel needs at least one additional bus. There are frequent issues with the bathrooms on the 10th floor, and they have not been repaired for several days.

Good need to fix this staff need to smile at reception
Pros:

Hotel is good stayed many times before.
Driver fida bus service excellent.. dedicated person.
Mr Fida was great the person responsible for transport to and from Haram on time and dilligent was great experience

Cons:

Check in n checkout is very time consuming... You yave to wait for room checks prior to leaving and whilst sitting they forget about you
Bed this time had bugs not a comfortable sleep

For the hotel its ok, for you to attcach to Masjid is quite hard except you willing to pay extra for the taxi.
Pros:

It was nice place to stay but really 10 to 15 minutes walking to Masjid An Nabawi.

Cons:

It is said there is a shuttle. Yes it is but only one bus operating in the morning start about 3.30 in the morning for Fajr, and if you you need to pay for taxi to return to hotel because the shuttle start operating at 11 o’clock dir every 20 to 30 min waiting.
