Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, mais le départ a été très désagréable en raison d’un contrôle mal géré qui nous a fait
Cons:

Lors du check-out, nous avons été soupçonnés de ne pas avoir rendu la télécommande de la télévision et avons dû retourner dans la chambre avec le personnel pour la chercher. Elle se trouvait finalement sous le canapé et nous avons constaté que nous n’avions jamais utilisé la télévision. Cette situation, qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et nous a presque fait manquer notre train, était particulièrement désagréable et aurait pu être évitée avec un meilleur contrôle de la chambre avant notre arrivée.

Pros:

V good experience ,especially shuttle bus service with pak driver FIDA.very punctual and kind person.

فندق ممتاز لكن الكمال لله

انا كنت أقيم رفقة أسرتي في الغرفة رقم 512 ، اكثر شيء اعجبني هو حرصكم على ارضاء زبنائكم ، ثانيا حرصكم على نظافة الفندق ، ثالثا العمال جميعهم طيبون خدمون ومستعد ون لتقديم العون لكل نزلاء الفندق ، سأختاره مستقبلا لكن بشروط

رحم الله عبدا أهداني عيوبي ...من هذا المنطلق سأكون صريحا معكم ، أنتم تدرك ن تمام الادراك أن أغلبية النزلاء هم معتمرون يعني العبادة تأتي في المقام الأول ، كيف يعقل تخصيص حافلة صغيرة لعشرات النزلاء ، كنت أتمنى أن تخصصوا حافلة أكبر وبتردد واضح مع التوقيت مثل فنادق مكة المكرمة حتى يتمكن زبنائكم من أداء مناسك العمرة في ظروف أفضل، كانت هذه النقطة هي ما عمرت علي صفو إقامتي في فندقكم ، وعانيت رفقة زوجتي و ولدي كثيرا من هذه النقطة السوداء

ثانيا: وجبة الافطار لا يتناطح عنزان في تنوع وغنى وجبة الإفطار لكن للاسف يغيب عنها لمسة الطباخ الفنان أو "الشيف" المميز ، للاسف كان الافطار بدون طعم او مذاق ، مقارنة بفندق اقمت فيه بمكة هناك اختلاف وفرق كبير مثل الفرق بين السماء والارض

انكسر كاس اللي بالحمام ودفعوني 30﷼ قيمته خمسه ريال
تعامل سئ جدا واحنا زوار النبي كذا معاملة كان يفترض بأسلوب ارقى بما انك زاير ادفع اقل او نشيلها عنك اي حاجة لكن عبس اسلوب سئ جدا
