Pros:

Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit mais l'hotel correspond tout à fait aux standards d'un 4 étoiles : chambres confortables, service impeccable, piscine avec vue imprenable sur la ville, salle de sport bien fournie, ... Sans compter l'emplacement qui donne un accès assez facile aux quartiers animés sans y être collé.

Cons:

In lakens waren smerig, vol vlekken en duidelijk niet gewassen na de vorige gasten. Dit was het geval in de drie kamers die we boekten. Hotel niet aan te raden

Great one night stay.
Pros:

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel, and this time we took a couple of members of our family.
Good gym and swimming pool.
The car was parked for us and returned to us when we left.
We have stayed at a few hotels in the past. and must say the breakfast layout at this hotel is one of the best.

Cons:

Everyone has different ideas on what they expect from a hotel, for us this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at.
Nothing to dislike.

Pros:

El hotel está bastante bien, el personal es amable. La comida también está buena.

Cons:

Fuimos en época de Ramadán y no pudimos usar la piscina porque organizaban cenas buffet para los musulmanes. Tampoco pudimos ir al restaurante del hotel por este motivo, solo pedir para la habitación.

Creo que se debería avisar de estas cosas al hacer la reserva.

Large comfy bed. Wide selection of breakfast.

Cons:

2 of staying they don't 2 key card fobs as std, wanted deposit for 'extra' fob. Hard work with room service payment - they don't allow you to run a tab and pay next time in reception. We would have put a card seem untrusting when could have put items on one of our payment cards. We have a firestick would have been good to able to plug into TV hdmi socket at channels limited of UK. Lift doors close on you so be careful!

good location, very clean but gym not extensive
Pros:

I liked the location. It was closer to everything than I had anticipated.

Cons:

The gym was not much, especially considering I had chosen to stay there on the basis of access to a gym. Some other facilities in an already quite open room would have improved my stay.

Incroyable séjour, l’établissement est super propre et le personnel est super accueillant.
Pros:

Du personnel à la propreté de l’établissement tout est parfait.
Petit clin d’œil au pain au chocolat.

Great value for money and location is great.
Pros:

Firdaus was especially accommodating and very friendly to us. He remembered us and were willing to provide us service beyond the expected.
The staff as well overall in the hotel were all friendly and also hospitable to my family and I.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited, but overall still good. The honey provided for the pancake was quite sour and I was glad that they removed it the next day.

Pros:

Good hotel for a good price. Modern, nice lobby, friendly Reception, we also had a massage which was fine. Breakfast with much variety (although not best quality).

Cons:

Breakfast: better less variety, but better quality (food Was often not warm etc). But all in all good value for that price.
