Firdaus was especially accommodating and very friendly to us. He remembered us and were willing to provide us service beyond the expected.

Good hotel for a good price. Modern, nice lobby, friendly Reception, we also had a massage which was fine. Breakfast with much variety (although not best quality).

Leedon Hotel Surabaya is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, and it is close to several malls, such as Tunjungan Plaza (2.7 km), Grand City Mall (1.2 km), and BG Junction (2.4 km).
The hotel's atmosphere is also calm and peaceful. The room I stayed in was more spacious than other hotels in the same price range. The room was very comfortable, had a fairly wide work desk, a secretary chair, a desk lamp with adjustable brightness, and a kind of elongated stand for storing items that can even be used to sit or lie down if desired.
The bathroom was spacious with a spacious shower area. There was a smart TV with internet, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a safe, central air conditioning, and a connecting door to the next room.
The amenities provided were standard, a set of toiletries, two bottles of drinking water, coffee, tea, and sugar sachets.
The room was very well lit, bright and evenly distributed. Sound from outside and from the next room was muffled quite well.
The cleanliness of the room, bed, and bathroom was very impressive. I also saw hotel staff even take off their shoes before entering an empty room to spray air freshener.
The service at the reception was also good and fast. There was a welcome drink and free popcorn for guests staying. They also sell bread, snacks, drinks, and gelato in the lobby. This hotel also has a swimming pool on the 19th floor with city views, a sauna, a fitness center, and a special spa room.

Overall Value
Considering the room condition, service quality, location, and amenities, the hotel provided solid value for the price. It would be a suitable option for travelers looking for a balanced combination of comfort and cost efficiency.
I really recommend this hotel for those who traveling with group or family, or who have to working while traveling.

This was my wife and i first stay at this hotel.
What a lovely hotel it is too.
Clean, nice size room, Good size swimming pool and gym.
Very helpful staff. kept up the good work.
Can parked for us and brought to the hotel entrance door when we left.
We would love to stay there again when we are in Surabaya.
