Lovely hotel!
Pros:

We loved the location right across from the beach, the pool was very nice and clean, hotel was very nice! It smells good and everyone is very friendly! Breakfast was quick and nice! Loved the pancake maker! Will stay again. Very spacious!

Cons:

Our daughter stepped on a shard of glass upon entering in our room, but housekeeping were very quick on helping us and vacuuming the entire room. They were very quick and all very kind.

Pros:

The location was perfect for what we made plans to do. The air conditioning in the room was great!

Cons:

The room wreaked of a very distinct smell. The other occupants above us ran around all night stomping and yelling. While the occupants on the same floor ran around yelling and screaming all night.

Pros:

I'll never use booking.com again. I should have booked directly through hotel.

Cons:

They ran authorization on a card I was not going pay with.and then tried to sell me another available room twice what the first one was reserved for. Because it declined they sold my room. There were no other rooms available in Galveston.

The staff work hard to keep everything clean and they really do go above and beyond.
Pros:

Location to the beach, the excellent breakfast choices, but mostly I loved how clean the room was. Even the air was clean and crisp. Clean white sheets a plus.

Cons:

The pool water could have been cleaner. It was very cloudy water. I’d rather have crystal clean water.
