Wonderful beach view
Pros:

Location was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony view was everything. Breakfast was really good. Staff was super helpful.

Cons:

I was on the 2nd floor, kids above us were flipping or jumping. I understand cause I have a 6yr old but they were off the chain.

After a long journey to get to Galveston, our hotel booking had been cancelled. Had to re-book at an extra £200. Cockroa

The location, the friendly staff, and it was super clean. My kids liked the difference breakfast option.

The waiting on the elevators. One my stay i seem one elevators was working.

We couldn’t get the temperature to where it was comfortable. Either too hot or too cold. The beds were uncomfortable

Pros:

Excellent facilities in a great location. I have been to Galveston many times and.stayed at a variety of locations this is by far my favorite. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable.

Poor quality sleep. Don't stay here if you plan to rest.
Pros:

The morning breakfast, the location.

Cons:

That I couldn't sleep bc of the people above my room jumping off beds and running across the room back and forth until 2am. I called and complained multiple times. Nothing was ever done about it. In town for a major competition and couldn't even get good sleep. The blankets smelled like mildew from sitting in a washer damp too long.
