Great!
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and courteous. We had an issue with our air conditioner, and the manager arranged to have the entire unit replaced same day. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was amazing. There was hot food options like eggs, pancakes, and waffles along with cereal, fruit, and pastries.
The location was perfection. We booked a gulf facing room, and we loved the view. Gorgeous. We were close to many of the attractions and restaurants.
The kitchenette was a huge plus since we were able to save leftovers from all the great meals we had.
The room we booked was large and spacious, and the pull out couch was a great feature for us to have as a chill space in between the activities we went out for during our stay.
Even with a few hiccups, I still gave a 9 out of 10, and we would definitely return.

Cons:

The plumbing in the bathroom needs attention. While the bathroom itself was clean and very well stocked, the shower water pressure was awful. Maybe it was just our room, but the water pressure was barely enough to spray water from the head. It did get super hot quickly, though.
The toilet wouldn't fill after every flush, and we sometimes would have to flush again to get the tank to fill with water.
We could hear our upstairs neighbor's water heating up the pipes in the walls when they used hot water.
Speaking of noises, room insulation was not the best between floors. We never heard any of our neighbors to the left or right, but our upstairs neighbors' footsteps were VERY noticeable through our ceiling. Granted, he was an extremely hard walker, but the noise from the next guest after he left was still relatively noticeable.
Better noise insulation overall would be good.
I still would highly recommend this hotel, and we plan in booking again.

Relaxing, fun, clean, professional guess services, excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, from fresh coffee , tea, juices, milk, pastry’s, chicken tenders, eggs at your tastes, bagels, toasts, Canadian bacon, bacon , cereals etc…. We didn’t have lunch all that week, breakfast was blessings time! Wonderful customer services : front desk, food services employees, cleaning crew… etc… convenient Parkings , clean area, pool etc… 24/7 hours of services. Wonderful place!

Cons:

Music at the pool was too laud , we called front desk and they took care of it right away.
Also the guess over our unit were making noise till late , front desk services took care of that also. Excellent and promptly issues solved employees.

Breakfast was great. Plenty to pick from. Food and drinks.

Cons:

1st only one elevator worked when we got there. Then the 2nd elevator went down. My wife and I are handicap and senior citizens. We were on the 5th floor. It hurt us both to use the stairs. We picked this stay because they had elevators. 3rd paying to park in the lot was not right. And last we got taxed on the room daily. I booked the stay for a week not Daily.

Gutes Hotel am Strand
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war für USA Verhältnisse gut. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Es funktionierte nur einer von zwei Aufzügen, was zu langen Wartezeiten führte. Parken kostet 10 Dollar pro Nacht.

Wir würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass das Zimmer und das Hotel sehr sauber waren!
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Die Parkplätze kosten 10€, war aber auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider waren die Waschmaschinen ALLE nicht nutzbar, angeblich werden irgendwann neue geliefert. Die alten sahen jedoch nicht defekt aus. Wir mussten in einen Waschsalon fahren und haben die Kosten nicht erstattet bekommen, obwohl die Maschinen mit einer der Gründe für eine Buchung war.
Der zweite Aufzug war auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar, ich glaube da spart man Kosten und repariert ihn nicht - schade.

Everything was great

Cons:

The pool had way too much chlorine. my kids and I were not able to really enjoy it . The smell was very strong and water became itchy really quick.
Also the elevator wasn't working and that was a problem I understand things happen though so hopefully next time it is working.

The elevator was not working at all and our room was on the second or third floor. I also was double charged for a room that was pre-paid for on the Sept 25th which was prior to the Oct 4th arrival.
