Staff very well
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, aber das war auch schon alles, alles super dreckig. Flecken auf den Sitzmöbeln, extra Whirlpool Zimmer gebucht, aber auch dieser völlig verkalkt und ohne Funktion, duschen ging wenigstens, Geruch auch in den Fluren eher unangenehm. Total ab vom Schuss
There was a ball of hair in the shower area, which was really disgusting. The bedside table had stains, and some of the toilet fittings were corroded or broken.
The only good things were the air conditioning and the location. Breakfast options were very limited if you aren’t a local. We only had breakfast once and then decided to eat elsewhere. Only one reception staff member could speak a little English, so communication was a major issue.

Ive been to 15 countries and had countless holiday's & this was one of the best hotels i stayed at.
Staff were all lovely and friendly.
Rooms were spacious with impressive interior like a palace very opulent.
Bathrooms were huge and massive showers with constant hot water.
Breakfast was amazing with so much choice to choose from too.
I loved the fresh water 🍉 melon.
Honestly hand on heart i highly recommend this lovely beautiful hotel.

The shower cabin had one door was missing.

I asked to changed and they helped me chaged but I left my washcloth in room the othrer they said they have through it away!
Also the showers were broken and it was more like a water fall poring on your head rather than spray .

Otelin berbat ve korkunç bir iç dizaynı var. Ama otel olarak tüm hizmetleri oldukça yeterliydi. Özellikle kahvaltısından çok memnun kaldık, odalar da iyiydi.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Relatively new hotel and well designed rooms. Breakfast was provided and they had good options. My only negative feedback is the lack of air-conditioning in the elevator and hallways but otherwise the rooms were air-conditioned.
Good staff. Affordable. But the room was not very clean.
Our stay was totally terrible. They gave us the smallest and dirtiest room. We asked for a room change and they said it‘s bot possible since the hotel is fully booked and all rooms are busy already. So we asked to get our money back and move to a different hotel but they wouldn‘t give us our money back. The hotel employees didn‘t speak a single word in english, it was very difficult for me and my husband to communicate with the employees, my husband unfortunately had a food poisoning too and they didn‘t help us. We had to beg them to send housekeeping and clean our room, they didn‘t clean it for a week. So we went to the reception every single day and told them that our room needs to be cleaned. We also translated it into Turkish via Google translator. What they meant by cleaning was just changing the towels and the bed linen, the „fresh“ bed linen still had stains on it, the „new“ towels somehow were wet. The Bathtub was leaking and after just 2 Minutes of showering the bathroom was under water. And also the Bathtub was never cleaned before. My husband name is from Armenian Origin, unfortunately we experienced racism and discrimination, even cigarette butts were thrown at us from an employee at the hotel. It was one of the most terrible experiences we have made in our holiday.

Wir hatten ein 3 Personen Zimmer vor Monaten gebucht. Ungeplant hatte unser Flug Verspätung und wir sind erst um 4 Uhr in der Nacht im Hotel angekommen. Das Check-In verlief ohne Probleme und wir durften in unser Zimmer gehen. Was uns schockiert hat, es war nur ein Doppelbett im Zimmer. So steht die Frage wo die dritte Person schläft. Wir haben unten bei der Rezeption angerufen und sie darum gebeten, dass wir ein Bett benötigen, da wir das auch so gebucht haben. Wir waren sowieso schon von der ganzen Reise erschöpft und haben kraftlos noch über eine halbe Stunde im Zimmer gewartet, bis ein Klappbett organisiert wurde. Nach dem 3. Mal anrufen, ist dann ein junger Mann gekommen und hat das Bett gebracht. Das Bett war so unsicher, dass es jeden Moment zusammenklappen könnte. Zusätzlich hat er das Klappbett ohne Überzug, Decke und Kissen gebracht. Er hat das Bett in das Zimmer gebracht und ist schnell raus. Wir haben ihm nachgerufen, dass wir noch einen Bettüberzug und ein Kissen benötigen, er wollte uns jedoch nicht mehr zuhören und hat die Tür zugemacht.
Aufgrund diesem Problem konnten wir erst um 5 ins Bett liegen.
Wir haben das Problem bei der Rezeption am Morgen beschwert. Nun stand eine neue Dame dahinter. Sie meinte, dass die anderen Kollegen in diesem Moment wahrscheinlich nur das organisieren konnten. Was aber unerklärlich ist, da wir dieses Zimmer schon im Voraus gebucht haben.
Wir haben dem Hotel 45 Minuten im Voraus informiert, dass wir auf dem Weg zu ihnen sind...
