My stay was superb.
Pros:

I loved how clean and spacious the suites are kept. The hotel suites were walking distance to the events that occurred. The breakfast had a great variety of options to select.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. Well done.

Didn’t get to stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

We didn’t get to stay. Booking.com did not send our reservation to them and had NO ROOMS AVAILABLE even though we had a confirmation number we couldn’t stay. Staff said that they have been having issues with Booking.com not sending the reservation to the hotel. Can’t fault the hotel. They didn’t know that we had a reservation until I got there. Again, BOOKING.COM DID NOT SEND THE RESERVATION.
I will NEVER use them again!!!!

Stay—very nice. Booking.com was HORRIBLE!
Pros:

Room was very large with a comfortable bed and nice shower.

Cons:

The fact that the reservation I made through Booking.com was never received by the hotel. I had to cancel el my Booking.com reservation and make a new one with the hotel directly.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

They had a shortage of wash cloths and towels. When we asked for extra towels they only had one to spare and then the next day they didn't have extra wash cloths. I also believe the pool should stay open later than 8pm.

Very expensive $1616.78 for 4 nights. Unprofessional!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facility was very nice.

Cons:

I double booked my room by accident and when I canceled one of the bookings it took them 8 days to tell me it was non refundable. 4 night stay from 5/11 to 5/15 cost me $1616.78 for one person, they are very unprofessional and has lost all my business and my companies also.
