Pros:

Great pool area, well located and newly refurbished

Cons:

Housekeeping happens a bit too late in the day - ideally it would be well before 4pm so you can relax in the room after a day out

Great place to stay for a relaxing city break
Pros:

Great location and facilities. Loved the outdoor pool. Good breakfasts and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Dolly. Friendly helpful staff. And lovely Malin & Goetz toiletries in the bathroom.

Cons:

Loud permanent hum from outside our window which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep - could have been a large a/c unit but not sure.

másodszor szálltunk meg a szállodában és foglalásnál külön kértük, hogy a medence felöli oldalon szeretnénk a szobát, miután a másik oldalon a szomszéd jóval alacsonyabb épületek klímagépei vannak amelyek még zárt ablak mellett is nagyon hangosak. amikor megérkeztünk a recepción megkérdeztem hova néz a szoba és kiderült, hogy a klímagépekre, mondtam, hogy írásban kértem a medence felöli oldalt erre közölték, hogy az na szoba típus azon az oldalon nincs, így gyengébb olcsóbb szobát kaptunk. a medence tér nagyon pici és zsúfolt

Pros:

Loved the room. Layout was spacious - a little on the dark side but the size of the room accommodated that.

Cons:

The pillows.

Being charged $100 a day for extras even though I didn't use anything.

Pros:

The rooftop outdoor pool was a highlight. Everything was clean and the staff and service was incredible. Excellent location to travel within the CBD by tram.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful accommodation
Pros:

The room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was outstanding! Location was very good. Tram right at front door but easy walking distance to CBD activities. Room was quiet and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Only a small thing but the provided robes were taken by housekeeping on second day and not returned. Could have chased up easily and sure staff would have been accommodating - didn’t bother as not vital to our enjoyment of our stay.
