Man fühlt sich direkt wohl an der Rezeption. ein grosser Lob geht an Omar der uns mit welcome drinks und refreshing Tücher empfangen hat.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service. Man spürt bei jeder Interaktion die Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft. Diese Qualität zieht sich durch alle Bereiche des Hauses.

Das Frühstück kann ich nur empfehlen – große Auswahl, alles frisch und lecker. Auch das Zimmer hat uns total überzeugt.
Ein besonderes Erlebnis bietet der Pool- und Barbereich. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und gleichzeitig stilvoll – perfekt eingebettet in das Gesamtkonzept des Hotels. Hier glänzt das Team erneut: Timber, Andrew, Neddy, John und abbakr haben mit ihren Cocktails und Mocktails nicht nur geschmacklich überzeugt, sondern auch durch ihre Professionalität und ihre jeweils ganz eigene, sympathische Art. Solche Mitarbeiter sind ein echter Mehrwert und verdienen besondere Anerkennung.
zum Essen hat man die Wahl zwischen der Bar und dem hoteleigenen Restaurant – und egal, wofür man sich entscheidet: Die Qualität stimmt. Wir haben eine Vielzahl an Gerichten probiert, und jedes einzelne konnte überzeugen.

meine Frau war auch im Spa Bereich und da geht ein Lob an Patricia.

Ein weiteres Plus: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein ruhiger, traumhafter Strand, an dem wir Zugang zu Einrichtungen und Aktivitäten hatten. Sonnenliegen, Schnorchelausrüstung und Stand-Up-Paddle-Boards uvm stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Team dort ist auch immer einsatzbereit und der Service von Richard und seinen Kollegen ist zu schätzen.

10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Pros:

Laïla resort, kde je dobře. Stavba sama o sobě je architektonicky moc pěkně vytvořena. Kombinace barev pokojů a vybavení, užiti dřevěných doplňků a zakomponování zeleně je dokonalé. Personál je ochotný a pozorný. Pláž je přes frekventovanější ulici, ale při užití restaurace a jejího vybavení patřící k resortu vám vlastně nic nechybí. Jídlo je pestré včetně snídaní, tlumena hudba dotváří atmosféru už do prostorné recepce. K dispozici je i pěkné vybavená herna s přilehlým fitness.

ok for one night but we wouldn't return - bad breakfast
Pros:

rooms were spacious and clean and bathrooms were quite good. the balcony was well proportioned and a nice area to hang out. staff were very friendly

Cons:

breakfast wasn't great at all - lack of choice and very few healthy options. staff were lovely but confused and the systems seemed a bit inflexible. beach is over the road so it feels a bit disjointed and the pool area isn't much fun

Good Stay at Mahe for only 2 nights
Pros:

We had a nice Stay at this Hotel, for only two nights good. Nice Pool but surrounded by rooms and restaurants, bars. Staff is mainly friendly and helpful especially the Breakfast and reception Teams. Good and tasty breakfast. Nice teatime!

Cons:

By far not our best Stay in Seychelles or even Mahe. The location is directly in front of the main coastal road and you have to cross this very busy road to reach beaches. The Bar and Pool Keeper was less service oriented, you have to ask many times to get fresh towels and most of the time no towels available, poor service. In the room it smells musty by arriving always. All ok but not sure we will come again!

Lovely stay, beautiful premesso, pity for the busy road between resort and beach
Pros:

The building was beautiful, very well maintained, and blended in well with the surrounding environment. The beach bar was wonderful, the breakfast and dinner delicious.

Cons:

The extra bed was very hard. Unfortunately t9 get to the beach, which is very close by, you need to cross a busy road. The lounge beds around the swimming pool are limited in number for the number of rooms in the resort so it was difficult to find a spot. Same for the beach umbrella and beds.

Amazing breakfast with many options. Pool area is beautiful and green. We ate dinner (buffet and from the menu) several times and it was great, yet pricy. Nice activities at the beach.

Cons:

They offered a plan with activities, but many of them did not take place or it was not indicated that you have to pay for them. Unfortunately, the pool area does not have enough chairs, sometimes it felt quite crowded.
