Beyong my expectations
Pros:

Simply perfect and amazing. Probably the best place if you want to stay around the airport. Less than 10mins driving time.
Check-in was smooth and friendly/helpful.
The hotel is well conceived, very modern, clean and rooms are spacious.
Very bright bedroom, loved the real blackout curtains, very efficient. All equipments are brand-new and modern (fast USB charging, plugs, plenty of them).
The heated rooftop swimming pool was a delight. Staff are all very welcoming. Breakfast was another good surprise. Plentiful, wide choices and exceptional.

I was travelling with my wife and kids. Room size was conjusted. No extra bed could be adjusted, neither extra matress were provided.

Pros:

The best hotel during our trip to Oman. This is not our first Aloft hotel and we are always pleasantly surprised. Original concept, spacious rooms, entertainment. Wonderful staff. Large room. It is great that there are separate rooms for the shower, toilet and sink. Breakfast turned out to be plentiful and excellent (it is a pity that we did not have time to enjoy it properly, because we were in a hurry to sail to the islands). And it is worth mentioning that the hotel staff kindly and free of charge provided late check-out (we were able to return from the snorkeling tour without rushing, take a leisurely swim and pack for the trip).

Cons:

I was surprised by the fact that even knowing in advance about our arrival and the extra bed we had booked for a third person, they didn't take care of everything in advance, we had to wait. The same thing happened in another hotel also. Maybe it's an Omani thing? I'm not sure...
The room had towels, a toothbrush and slippers for only 1 person (and there were 3 of us), we had to ask for them separately.
