The Farmstead Hotel

Do not stay here. Zero water pressure and the WiFi is shared from the casino across the road so it will not even connect it’s so weak. Do yourself a favor and drive 15 mins down the road to another hotel. You will thank me later. We were so unhappy that we checked out early but they still charged me for the extra night that I didn’t stay. I would give them negative stars if they would allow me.

Room was very clean and neat however there are no vending machines on site. The no cash only cards there considering that there is a Casnio there is ridiculous! When I checked in there was $50 that I still owed. The girl at the front desk couldn't get my card to go through and had to run it again. Later on that night we wanted snacks and there were snacks there but the guy at the front desk couldn't get the card to work and acted like he didn't know what he was doing. So there was no snacks or sodas just the water that we had brought in. There is no breakfast there and when it was time to check out there was no one at the front desk you had to call a number and wait for someone to show up. Ended up just leaving key at front desk. For the price of the room staff there not being able to get cards to go through cash only no breakfast! Wouldn't stay there again!

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and the accommodation very clean.

The Farmstead was clean and recently renovated. The bed was nice. However the amenities were very spare. I knew there was no restaurant or breakfast provided so I brought my own food, but there was no microwave in the room. Had to eat a cold dinner. I think I can find better places to stay.

My stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what stood out most was the staff. They were attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Truly outstanding service

I enjoyed the over all stay. However, at check out there was no one there to help. Other than that very good. I will come again and recommend others.

Newly renovated, very spacious and clean hotel.

They do not accept cash! Crazy! Can be very difficult when there is a desire to use a different card than the one used to secure the booking. Be prepared to use the same card!

Room was clean but smelled musty. However, I loved the smell of the common area. Staff was nice. You have to call to request an iron and ironing board. I ended up calling the front desk twice for that and towels. Each time, the call was routed to the casino hotel which is what happens when nobody is at the desk. So, it took a little longer to get what was needed. The first iron I received didn’t work. Air conditioning worked great and check-in was easy.

The online photos look great, and superficially the place does look nice. However, the linens were gross. There was a large stain on my blanket that appeared to be a urine stain. There were also stains on the sheets of both our beds, including two that would appear to be of “other body fluids.”

The water pressure was extremely low. Please see the photo of the sink running full blast.

Clean and nice room. Friendly staff.

Rooms are very small. There wasn't a microwave or even a dresser in the room. The maids came in and only replaced towels did not make the bed and also turned off my air conditioner. I had to turn the air back on and wait an hour for it to cool down the room. No continental breakfast nothing. It looks nice cuz it looks brand new. But no amenities and no reason to return. Disappointed with the overall stay and would not stay again.

My wife and I are very pleased with Homestead Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. For being 3 years old Homestead Hotel is very clean and welcoming. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel. Another plus with this motel is it’s right next to the casino.

Great place.

First assigned room was either occupied or not cleaned. Recent remodel however room 123 needs some maintenance attention. Room was well equipped and clean. Be aware food offerings are VERY limited. Best offering we could find was a boxed pork sandwich in the casino.

They did a great job remodeling. It was clean and well decorated. Staff were nice and helpful. Steps from the Casino which has food and drinks. Would definitely book again and recommend staying.
