The location was great it was a plus to be near the middle of downtown Helen and tubing area .
Coming through the security gate to get check in was awesome, but once We arrived to the condo on Friday Sept 5th 2026 and enter into the condo it was nasty ass hell dirty carpet, spider webs, roaches , the master bedroom as we were preparing to go to bed the white sheets were dirty with bed bug stains, or dirt or blood not sure exactly but they were nasty along with the pillows and all I have pictures will attach the masters bedroom bathroom ceiling was full of mold/mildew as if it was a roof leak that needed taken care of and it hasn’t been it was a big spider web with spider crawling in it in the bathroom, Friday night I call the owner Mrs Annette she didn’t answer the first time I called so I had to call her and text her again she answer in the 2nd rings and said she will have the security guard come up with fresh sheets which Ms Doris who was oh so nice and very understanding she came right up took pictures and gave us new sheets and was willing to change us to a new unit in the morning which was fine we all slept downstairs verse upstairs due to we had a prior event early morning Saturday so Saturday when we got up I sent a text message to the owner to let her know how un please I was about the unit Dresden Unit #D303 and how nasty it was with the mold and mildew and all she could in her 1st text and only text say was I apologize the security officer offer to move you , which I stated she did but by you being g the owner I thought maybe I should have bought and sent pictures to you about your condo unit you own Ms Annette do after I text her all pictures etc I never got a response back from the 2nd text so Saturday evening when we arrived back to the gate the security guard Ms Doris had us another condo/unit waiting for us we went looked at it was really clean nice floors, carpet may have been renovated or kept up maybe by different owners which I hope Ms Annette didn’t own that unit which was E101 because it was totally clean and kept us than D303.
Location
There waa roaches, cobwebs and spiders in the house. Could tell no one had vacuumed in a hot minute. Hot tub jets did not work out in the gueat house. The loft just wasn't very clean.
Large size of the unit and beautiful view!
Someone took my parking spot the first night
Nothing
Very dirty. Outdated . Dust on all surfaces. Was told they were still cleaning at 3 pm . Looked like the place had not been used in months . Dishwasher did not work. Had washer and dryer , dryer did not work . Outdoor grounds had trash . Appeared to have no upkeep .
Loved that it was a 2 bdrm 2 bath. So lots of space. Good set up & near the town, not walking distance for me. The pool area is large along with an oversized hot tub which was great too v
The drive way to go up & down is very steep. Got used to it by the end of trip but its a little scary. Also its not like a hotel that you replenish stuff. So you either pay for it or get it yourself from a store.
ex- like toilet paper/laundry detergent stuff
Close to downtown Helen
Very outdated
Everything could use more vents up stairs and ceiling fans on but it was totally worth it we will be back
Location, close to town.
Check in process, facilities outdated, cleanliness, unsafe railings in second floor and mold in balcony, very slippery Alpine stay
The whole place was great!
The blinds in BMV2 really need to open the other way for easier access to the balcony😫🤣 other than that everything was grand!!!!!
It was very pleasant being surrounded by nature, there was easy walking access to the town, and the room was very spacious. The person who checked us in was very friendly..The room was very clean.
We had a bad experience—though perhaps this doesn't always happen. We had planned to stay for two nights but left after just one; the people in the room next to ours spent the entire night getting drunk, shouting, running down the hallways, and fighting with each other, and we could hear everything. Since they were staying another night and we had children with us, we decided to leave because we didn't feel safe. There was no staff member to contact; apparently, there is no one on duty during the weekend.
The size of the chalet was great. It was somewhat clean, just a few minor things needed to be touched up. Ok location. Short walk to Betty's and Helen center. Overall good pleasurable stay.
The chalet could have been a little cleaner. We found ashes someone had taken out of the fireplace and dumped them in the corner of the living room by the couch. The stove was very dated (1980) and the oven door, which had been duct taped keep falling off. The neighbors knocked on our door at 10pm to ask for help with opening their door because the deadbolt had fallen out inside their Apt. I gave them the after hours emergency number and not sure what happened. The most irritating thing was on the same night around 11:30pm the night personnel banged on our door and demanded we move our vehicle. We were in my husband's work truck and it is very big. The parking garage spaces are not made for larger vehicles. We had to park down the hill and walk back up hill then climb stairs in the dark to get back to our chalet. This wouldn't have been so bad if we were younger but we are far from our 20's.
Make sure you have good knees to climb steep stairs and a very good vehicle to climb very, very, very steep hill to get to the chalets/rooms.
Great amenities, had everything I needed and then some. Peaceful location, with a 5 minute walk from clubhouse to heart of downtown.
Pillows weren't great. Bring your own if you're a Pillow queen.
The hot water was very hot which is a big plus and the hot tub was very nice.
Very out dated needs renovated and the beds were so uncomfortable. The amenities aren't in a convenient location. The water pressure was also not good. Half the plug-ins didnt work.
Very spacious
Dated ! Toilet did not work water damage on ceiling
Located right next to the river and had a short trail to the main street. AC worked good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Floor/walls/ceilings had stains, multiple faucets were leaking, the 80's model washing machine leaked and ruined the kitchen floor, tv had static on every channel, sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to open, I had black hairs all over my bed blanket, there was poison ivy right next to the stairs to our room (grounds maintenance seemed non-existent, the parking curb had pulled away from the parking lots and started sliding down the hill, etc.
