Ne-am simțit în siguranță și relaxați .
Pros:

Spațiul locației este foarte bine amenajat și modern. Baia este spațioasă cu dotări utile . Am apreciat confortul patului și pernelor și curățenia impecabilă. Bucătăria este utilată eficient . Terasa ne-a plăcut foarte mult. Centrul comercial cu multe magazine și supermarket este situat la 400 metri. Liftul de mare ajutor seniorilor.

Cons:

Totul a fost plăcut.

Da muss man übernachten.
Pros:

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Durften unsere Fahrräder mit ins Appartement nehmen, merci!

Modernes Wohnen in Rosenheim Aicherpark
Pros:

Im großen und ganzen fanden wir den Aufenthalt gut, es war auf jeden Fall total ruhig, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Was uns gut gefiel: soviel Stauraum hatten wir noch nirgends. Online check in klappte gut, Klimaanlage und Lüftung funktionierte gut. Das Appartement war geräumig, die Betten bequem.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Wir konnten uns per WhatsApp mit dem überaus freundlichen Team austauschen, bekam immer postwendend Antwort bei Fragen. In der Nähe gab es Edeka (wo man frühstücken konnte), Denn's Bioladen, Aldi, DM und.a.
In Rosenheim Zentrum war man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten, ein schöner Ort, der uns gut gefiel.
Toll war die Ladestation für unser E-Auto und ausreichend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Die Küche war u. E. nicht - wie beschrieben "voll ausgestattet" - es fehlte hier einiges, sehr wenig Geschirr und Töpfe etc, dafür aber eine Spülmaschine (!?)
Für die Klimaanlage fehlte eine Beschreibung, aber nach etwas Rumprobieren kamen wir klar. Der TV war ziemlich groß, aber hier wäre eine Beschreibung hilfreich gewesen, aber bei nur 5 Tagen Aufenthalt vermisste man ein TV-Programm kaum.
Ein paar kleine Mängel sollten behoben werden, z. B. hing die Tür unter der Spüle, in der Dusche war an einigen Stellen Schimmel.
Wie in den bisher bewohnten Hotel- und Ferienwohnungen bewohnten Räumen fehlten auch hier in Bad und Küche Aufhängemöglichkeiten! Wir bringen uns vorausschauend immer Haken mit, die man irgendwo einhängen kann.

Das Apartment liegt direkt an einem Haltepunkt der Regionalbahn mit dem entsprechenden Lärm von an- und abfahrenden Zügen.

Prima voor op doorreis. Dicht bij snelweg. Overdekt parkeren.

Cons:

Gedoe met toegangskluisje. Ging niet open. Na telefoontje opgelost.
Op industrieterrein maar op doorreis geen probleem.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wir hatten auch eine gute Aussicht, leider nicht auf die Alpen. Die Lage im Industriegebiet war nicht so gut, aber das wusste man ja schon vorher.

Cons:

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht reibungslos funktioniert. Das herunterladen des Codes war problematisch. Wir mussten die Servicenummer anrufen, die den Code am Anreisetag senden wollte. Es wurde kein Code gesendet. Erst mit einem Telefonat vor Ort öffnete sich der Schlüsselkasten. Eine dort erreichbare Person wäre ganz gut gewesen.
