非常完美的体验，讲真我在圣保罗的几天也有住JW万豪、喜来登等，住宿体验上是完全不输的。房间干净宽敞，楼下一直有doorman，进门刷卡保障了安全性。

Le gardien, très imposant, ne parle pas anglais, est désagréable et sent clairement quand le fait chier.
Il ne parle pas anglais, il ne fait aucun effort pour essayer de nous comprendre et préfère nous parler mal !

Os recepcionistas não têm contato de ponto e taxi, tive problemas para conseguir um UBER e não obtive nenhuma ajuda da recepção, sequer a orientação de onde eu poderia ir para conseguir um.
