No reception to meet and greet if it hadn't been for the lovely lady who was cleaning we wouldn't have our parking permit or even known that our room was ready, the room was cleaned, took us a lot of finding even after phoning for instructions, a bit disappointed

No air con or a fan. And the window wasn't able to open wide enough too.

The floorboards and bed of the room above were very noisy this kept us awake.
The heated towel rail was on during the hottest day of the year
Easy to find and everything was ready for ypu on arrival
It is a bit impersonal when ypu don't meet the ownwers but on the other hand we had no issues to solve.
No hassle and well looked after accomodation only stayed for one night
