Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo con buenas instalaciones lástima que el servicio deja mucho que desear éramos los únicos huéspedes del hotel todo el fin de semana y fuimos bastante ignorados por el personal, la comida es muy normal y costosa al igual que los tragos. Recomendaría este hotel siempre y cuando hagan ajustes en el servicio que brindan a los huéspedes de lo contrario no es un lugar al que volvería. Ya que el costo es elevado y uno espera un mejor trato.

The service was impeccable, and the owner had a hands-on position. whatever the need or want was it was attended to. Communicating through WhatsApp was also very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.

Pros:

Amazing hotel! We went for a couple of days with out two kids. The place is new and we booked a family bungalow with a private pool. We did’t use it as we were close to the hotel pool and walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended. The food is great even though more kids options should be added to the menu.

Stunning property with a high end, sophisticated vibe, yet warm and welcoming — like staying with friends (in a very VERY beautiful home). Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff and owners were all a delight and made us feel special. Lovely breakfast plus nice menus for bar, pool, and dinner. Cant express enough how lovely the family bungalow is with its own little pool and deck overlooking the ocean. Lovely walk down to the beach where big bag chairs await under shade structures. Sunset from the infinity pool.. We walked down the beach to Playa Santa Marianita for pina colladas and ceviche — and back home again under the stars - felt perfectly safe. Pure paradise
