Room in general is good.

Cons:

The entry needs upgrading. The pathway to entrance is dirty. Could be more responsive on th reply of questions on app and be able to assist to arrange transfers from airport and Batangas terminal.

It has already recorded as my favorite hotel to stay in Puerto Galera
Pros:

Location is great, friendly staff, clean everywhere!

Pros:

The facility was orderly and someone was always available at reception. The hotel is set back from the main street so quiet all the time, especially at night. I would book here again if in town.

Cons:

Our kid would have liked being in the swimming pool, but it was under maintenance. Hopefully it is already up and running again.

Pros:

Hotel out of main town so quieter but also within easy walking distance of seafront restaurants etc

Cons:

Beach was not great very stoney ,tours not very easy to book ,tv all in Chinese due to having Chinese owner no good to anyone apart from Chinese

Great place for staying in Puerto Galera
Pros:

- convenient location for Sabang beach (3 min by walk only) and closed to the pier (15 min by tricycle)
- the room is super clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff very helpful!

Cons:

- the breakfast starts at 8am only and there is only one option
- my room was opposite to the reception desk therefore it could be a little bit noisy early in a morning
Otherwise, i highly recommend this place for staying :)

A Relaxed Vacation
Pros:

The kids really enjoy the pool...
The room was big and comfortable...
Nice view from the balcony especially in the morning...
Quiet place...good place for relaxation .

Cons:

Away from white beach...but can be reached by riding a trike...

Hidden Gem in Puerto Galera
Pros:

We like the bed it's a king sized one and comfortable. We had everything inside the place it's good! wifi was good, water pressure good, bidet good, walking distance to main town and restaurants,they have a pool, free water refill, very good quality sheets and towels. highly recommend!

Cons:

TV was in Chinese, not sure if they have netflix
