La atención del personal.
El ruido de la calle, es excesivo.
The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was seamless. They provided amenities upon request (e.g. hair dryer). The bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was clean. Nice and safe neighbourhood to be in.
There are no lifts (elevators) so you will may need to walk up lots of stairs if you're staying on the top level. It wasn't bad but can be tiring after a whole day of exploring the city. The Wi-Fi is okay, it would drop in and out. You may need earplugs and an eye-mask to sleep if your room window looks out to the main street as it's quite noisy and bright. The location is okay, it's not out of the way but not close either. I couldn't find self-laundromats near me so I went with the hotel's and they unfortunately lost one of my compression socks.

Que la ventana del alojamiento daba sobre una autovía y a veces es molesto el sonido de los coches.
la ubicación para desplazarse desde Reforma hasta los ejes 4 y 5 Sur es muy sencilla, buen acceso al metro y metrobús
la cercanía al Viaducto puede ser muy ruidosa, nada que no resuelvan unos tapones simples para los oídos
The place is well designed and in a good location. Staff is super nice friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped and We liked the little working room , we used it a lot. i liked there is tea and coffee station.
Only the noise from the main street viaducto but it is clear that there is nothing they can do About it..

La zona está muy segura..el trato del personal es muy bueno..

Está muy ágil para transportarse y de facil acceso..
La zona es muy ruidosa.. por estar entre avenidas se recomienda orejeras para poder dormir agusto..
Si solo lo quieres para dormir y bañarte está ideal...
No hay elevador y no es para personas que se les dificulta subir escaleras...
No tiene TV en la habitación ni teléfono por lo tanto no hay room service...
No tiene letrero o anuncio de que es un hotel ni el nombre y no se ve claro al llegar cuál es..
Para más de 2 personas está muy chicas las habitaciones
La disponibilidad de cocina y té y agua de cortesía.
Se oía mucho el ruido del tráfico. Habría que instalar vidrio doble.
Comodidad de la cama y agua caliente
Que todo se escucha de los cuartos contiguos

It was a great place not far from a busy mall. The staff were attentive and superb. Special mention to Alejandra who was amazing throughout. She was happy to help with any query or question I had, and they were lots! Would happily recommend it to anyone. Loved the personal aspect of the accommodation. It felt like you were staying with people who cared about you, rather than a large hotel chain.
No issues come to mind.

De som skötte om servicen på stället är värda ett stort tack. Trevliga, glada och hjälpsamma.
Jag hade rummet längst upp. Det kan vara tungt att bära en väska 5 trappor upp. Det finns ingen hiss och trapporna är smala.

Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, no se puede descansar ni dormir.
Peor considero que reclame y me cambiaron a otra menos ruidosas,evitar las que dan al frente.
