Cons:

Aircon not working, no repair was done despite feedback given, so room was very stuffy. Coffee machine not working, no hot water available. Inconvenient to do check in at another location 100m away. Bathroom shower screen should have a door as it can become slippery due to wet floor

Ignoring the aircon issue and not repairing is very bad service and irresponsible of the hotel. This is failing to honour contract or provide substandard service.

Damp, moldy stay.
Pros:

Location and spacious.

Cons:

The whole unit smelled damp. Shower curtain was disgustingly moldy with visible mold growing at the bottom portions of the curtains. A vent may be needed. Using the shower wet the entire restroom area. There was not containment of the water, therefore tile was very slippery. The kitchen sink smelled.

In general, good place, however the AC was not working so we did not sleep at all because was hot.

Com exceção do espaço para banho e o chuveiro que não era chuveiro, o local é muito bom.
Pros:

Ter a opção de microondas, fogão por indução, frigobar e utensílios de cozinha. Para quem gosta de pelo menos preparar o café da manhã, ter esse espaço é maravilhoso. Se não fosse a disposição do local de banho e ducha para o banho, a acomodação seria além de perfeita PARA MIM.

Cons:

O local para banho e o CHUVEIRO! Não vamos chamar de chuveiro e sim ducha! É uma ducha que você pendura para fazer serviço de chuveiro porém se tem muita pressão de água a ducha “estoura” para cima molhando todo o banheiro e teto, ou seja, o banho tinha que ser com pouca água. A não ser que vc segurasse a ducha e se banhasse assim, porém para nós mulheres lavar cabelo, isso não é possível. E no local do banho tinha apenas uma parede de vidro que separava do restante do banheiro e a todo banho por mais cuidadosa que fosse, molhava o espaço do banheiro. A academia que é mencionada não é bem uma academia, tem apenas uma esteira, uma bicicleta e um elíptico, nāo utilizei nenhum então não sei dizer de sua funcionalidade. Tem espaço para pesos e anilhas mas não tinha nenhum.

El alojamiento estaba en una ubicación perfecta. Los empleados del hotel donde tuvimos que hacer el checkin muy amables y pendientes. Reservamos el parking allí en el momento. Para repetir

Por decir algo malo, el apartamento tenía las paredes muy rozadas del uso de las maletas y daba un aspecto peor pero eso no impedía nada. Lo demás estaba muy limpio

Estaba céntrico, pero sin ruidos molestos, el metro a menos de cinco minutos andando para moverse por la ciudad o para ir al aeropuerto. Todo muy limpio y tranquilo. Aun siendo apartamento, había servicio de habitaciones, aunque nosotros no lo usamos. En una palabra, volvería a pasar unos días si volviera a Oporto.
