Estaba muy limpio, calidad precio estupenda y sobre todo que es todo muy nuevo e ideal para unos dias.

Cons:

La recepción en otro edificio a unos pocos metros (250m) y que luego no me cerraba la puerta y el recepcionista viene y me tomaba por tonto, no me entendía y quería que cerrara la puerta por dentro y que saliese atravesando la puerta como los fantasmas… además de que quería que fuese a por la llave para que no viniese el de vuelta

De não ter lençóis e toalha para o meu filho e de não ser avisada que o checkin era em outro prédio e não no endereço do local que eu iriam ficar, fiquei na chuva com malas, criança e ainda grávida de 8 meses para chegar no endereço combinado e não ser lá que se pegava a chave, então essa parte não foi nada legal, depois de tentar algumas ligações para o hotel que nos informaram de tudo isso da chave e ainda bem que foi mandado uma funcionária para o local, depois que meu marido explicou que não podíamos nos deslocar para pegar a chave em um local onde não nos foi informado e que estávamos na chuva, criança e grávida! Depois de quase 6 horas de viagem e malas!

Quarto muito bom, camas confortáveis.

Cons:

Apesar da reserva ser se dois adultos e uma criança, so tinham duas toalhas disponíveis. Eu poderia solicitar outra toalha, mas como a recepção fica em outro prédio e já estava tarde, acabamos não solicitando a toalha faltando.
