Wet clean, great central location, very comfortable beds. But what I liked the most was the amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful. They really Mae sure you have the best stay possible and will help you with any travel or tour arrangements. Highly recommend! :)

Ruime kamer en fijn bed. Midden in de oude stad maar in de kamer toch rust.
We moesten vroeg weg en kregen ontbijt mee, dat was niet veel bijzonders en weinig.
Les personnels sont très gentils et serviables. Excellent emplacement.

Well located in the old quarter. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Nice calm place to rest before heading into the madness of the old quarter.
Not the hotels fault but there was drilling going on in a nearby property that was annoying.
Parfait, très bel emplacement et très confortable/propre. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner, délicieux, au dernier étage, donne accès à une vue sur la ville.

Comfortable enough but it was misleading from the booking information as it was a room without a window…well a window that opened out immediately into a wall. Breakfast ok and staff friendly. We were very kindly given a gift on leaving which was very sweet and unexpected
For those wanting to be located in the Old Quarter it’s very good…however that area wasn’t at all to our liking and moving away a bit to around the Temple of Literature is a lot more enjoyable for us.
Initially we had asked to extend our stay by a day which couldn’t happen as the hotel was fully booked…..that wasn’t a major problem but what was a major problem was being harassed to buy a tour….we had just arrived from a long travel, didn’t know where we would be sleeping and the last thing we wanted was to buy a tour….Using Google translate I repeated several times that I did not want a tour which seemed to fall on deaf ears and the receptionist repeated asked us for tours….very frustrating she would not take no I am not interested and asked several more times.
The location was great but the thing that made it was the staff. Unbelievably polite and helpful. Keep it up guys
The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars and many tourist attractions around Hanoi. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
I appreciate there was always going to some noise being in the heart of the old quarter. However our bathroom window was blacked out and appeared to open in to a bar because it was quite noisy every night with loud music we had to ensure our bathroom door remained closed to block out most of the noise. Limited natural light in our room meant it was quite dark most of the time too.
