Pros:

Me and my partner liked the clean and comfortable room. The room was very modern and had everything we needed! In addition to the comfortable room the staff were amazing, so kind and attentive! The location of the hotel was also top and you could get to most places by foot. Overall if your going to Hanoi I do recomend staying at media central very good

El hotel está muy bien situado, se puede ir a cualquier sitio andando.
El personal es bastante amable.
Si quieres hacer check in bastante antes se puede siempre y cuando pagues.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no son las mejores. Las habitaciones normales tienen una ventana que da a un patio interior muy pequeño y húmedo que mejor no abrir. Es como si la habitación no tuviera ventana.

La habitación estaba más o menos limpia pero nos encontramos dos CUCARACHAS una en el baño y otra en la mesilla de noche. (La sensación que nos dio es que no eran las primeras que aparecían)


El desayuno está en la última planta que es bastante pequeña y la calidad de la comida no es muy buena. Le salva que te hacen huevos, tortillas francesas al momento.


En resumen : teniendo en cuenta los precios en Asia no merece la pena calidad precio este hotel.

Le personnel était particulièrement gentil et attentif. Un grand merci à la dame de l'accueil qui est vraiment adorable.
Les prestations du SPA sont formidables, des personnes très chaleureuses.
