لقد تم حجز غرفة لثلاثة أشخاص مع الافطار وعند استلام الغرفة وجدت بها سريران فقط وعند طلب السرير الاضافي قال الموظف لم يتم اضافة سرير عند الحجز وهذا لم يحصل لي في أي فندق في السعودية أو خارج المملكة لان عند العجز بعدد الأشخاص هذا يعني دفع قيمة السرير الاضافي مقدم
