Brand new hotel. The staff will make every effort to make sure you have a pleasant stay. A bit far from city center but good connection services.

Pros:

Just as expected, this is a very new hotel - and looks good and modern. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was perfect. The room was a bit small, but definitely comfortable enough. Avcilar is definitely quite far away from downtown Istanbul, but the metrobus, which has a station 700m away from the hotel, takes you there in less than an hour, so you don't have to care about rush hours and traffic jams. Connection to the airport is also very good - with a direct airport bus stopping not far away from the hotel (stop is called Avcilar Mosque and it's so strange why Google Maps don't show it), but you can also choose regular public transport to get there even cheaper. I am definitely glad I chose this hotel and would certainly consider it again when coming back - of course, if the prices are still that reasonable.

Pros:

Don’t recommend this hotel at all. Staff don’t speak English and it’s hard to communicate. Restaurant is a joke. Area around is not safe and noisy. There’s even a repair auto shop next door hay works at night. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Expedia needs to do a better job in term of giving “ stars”

Yeni ve gelişime uygun bir hotel
Pros:

Yeni ve temiz bir otel fakat yeni açılmış olmanın sorunlarıyla karşılaştık. İlk sabah sıcak su arızası yaşandı ve sonrasında tamir edildi. 2 gece ısıtma ile ilgili sorun yaşandı ve sonrasında düzeldi. Kahvaltının geliştirilmesi gerekiyor. Sabah 8 kahvaltı başlangıc saati ama özellikle iş için gelenler zaten sabah 8 gibi hotelden ayrılmak zorunda kalıyor. Bu sorunları kalıcı olarak çözerlerse tercih edilen bir hotel olurlar.
