Very attentive and kind staff
Pros:

Great overall experience, friendly staff, clean rooms and the manager was often asking how we were feeling and enjoying our stay at Grand Hotel Caraiman. Due to low blood pressure, I had health issues and the staff were very supportive and attentive , may asked if they could help in any way, very kindly. The Swimming pool was all ours since there was barely anyone who checked in at the hotel, in the beginning of June.
I totally recommend staying at Grand Hotel Caraiman as their services are great! Good location close to the beach, restaurants nearby, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby.

Pros:

The kindest staff I've ever met. You couldn't even tell I was in Romania. You were on vacation, and they did everything they could to make you feel it. The food was super good and varied. Great snack at the pool: steaks, pizza (not just puff pastry like I ate at another hotel for the same price) and unlimited drinks (not watered down). Very beautiful and well-kept location, it smelled nice everywhere, it wasn't stale or moldy. They also have a very well-arranged children's park. They have transportation to the beach and back to the hotel, foam party at the pool, towels for rent at the pool. The rooms are a bit small, but you can overlook this when you look at how good everything else is. Congratulations! I had a wonderful stay. The first hotel I want to return to.

Transportul asigurat până la plajă și înapoi la hotel;
Mâncarea a fost foarte gustoasă

Nu recomand, asteptarile au fost mai mari avand in vedere designul exterior al hotelului. 🥲

Piscina banala, nimic special, apa rece.
Baile de la piscina urat mirositoare.
Accesul de la parcare in hotel, destul de greu pentru cei cu bagaje.

A perfectly organized, welcoming hotel with amazing staff, great food, and everything you need for a perfect family holi
Pros:

This is our 4th year coming here with our child and every stay is wonderful. The hotel has exceptional amenities, with new features and improvements every year. Even though the room is 16 sqm or so (as clearly mentioned when booking), it is so well designed and organized that it actually feels bigger and very comfortable. The food is always diversified and of great quality, the beach transport is very convenient, and the staff are simply amazing — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything is beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a family stay.

Pros:

The outdoor of the hotel it’s nice and kids friendly. Room size was pretty good as we had an apartment.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small and not properly done . The slope for drainage in the shower was towards the door instead of being made towards the drain hole so all the water was coming out .
