Desa Hay Canggu

From the moment I arrived, this hotel truly felt like home. The entire team is large, incredibly kind, and genuinely caring, making every interaction warm and personal. The service is outstanding in every detail. The location is perfect, the villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer exceptional privacy. Everything about the stay felt comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully managed. This is not just a hotel, it’s a place where you feel welcomed, relaxed, and truly taken care of. I can’t wait to return.

Cet hôtel est absolument incroyable. Les chambres sont extrêmement modernes, le lit immense, le petit coin piscine très beau.
La chambre met à disposition une tablette sur laquelle il y a NETFLIX, DEEZER, et est reliée à la télévision.
Vous pouvez également demander un petit déjeuner flottant et un massage dans la chambre...
L'hôtel est en outre très bien placé puisqu'il est dans un coin calme de CANGGU, tout en étant à proximité de tous les commerces, beachclubs etc.

Everything

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was amazing — beautifully designed, very comfortable, and with excellent soundproofing, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the glass walls made the room feel special, filling the space with natural light and offering wonderful views of the surrounding plants and greenery.
The private pool was a lovely addition; although we wish it had been a bit bigger, it did not take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed the privacy and atmosphere of the room.
The food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of ingredients. We especially loved the duck — it was perfectly cooked and one of the highlights of our stay.
The staff deserve special mention. Everyone was always smiling, very friendly, and pleasant to communicate with. When we requested a towel replacement, they brought fresh towels literally within a minute, which impressed us with their efficiency and attentiveness.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would happily return and recommend it to others.

Great location - Amazing property with great services and staff.

Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir otel. Hizmet konusunda özellikle hayran kaldık. İnsana bu kadar değer veren bir otel daha görmedim. Yemekleri çok lezzetli, kahvaltısı çok özenli. Tekrar gelecek olsak kesinlikle burada daha çok kalırız.

We had a wonderful stay at Desa Hay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout, always going out of their way to cater for anything we needed. The setting was peaceful and intimate, with the villas and gardens beautifully maintained, a perfect escape from the busier parts of Canggu.

The food and cocktails were excellent, and the team were so helpful with arranging trips and restaurant bookings (many of which offered discounts for Desa Hay guests). Communication through WhatsApp was so easy and helpful, making everything from organising transfers to daily plans completely stress-free.

It’s clear a lot of care goes into every detail here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, boutique stay with exceptional service.

Desa Hay is a beautiful retreat offering six private villas, each with its own plunge pool, outdoor bathtub, and lush garden views. The villas are thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I loved starting my day with their morning yoga class and treating myself to incredible meals at Ijo, the exclusive restaurant and bar for Desa Hay guests. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making the experience feel extra special. The location is just a short scooter ride from central Canggu, where you’ll find plenty of great bars and restaurants. I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Canggu.

Tout était incroyable !!
Chambre superbe, tout le monde était aux petits soins, nous y avons été pour notre lune de miel et nous y retournerons !!
Le fait qu’il y ait uniquement 6 villas donne un côté très intimiste et exclusif à Desa Hay
Mention spéciale au restaurant de l’hôtel qui est excellent !!
Une véritable pépite au cœur de Bali

Nigdy nie czuliśmy się aż tak dobrze zaopiekowani będąc w hotelu. Obsługa robiła co mogła aby uprzyjemnić nam pobyt. Restauracja hotelowa idealna. Każde danie przychodziło dopracowane i naprawdę pyszne. Śniadania na najwyższym poziomie. Basen czysty i na ogół przebywało tam max 4 osoby. Zorganizowano nam pływające śniadanie, kąpiel w płatkach oraz kolacje przy świecach. Wszystkie 3 atrakcje były cudownymi przeżyciami. Dziękujemy że pozwoliliście nam poczuć się wyjątkowo.
