Good location, but poor service
Pros:

The property was quite nice. It was close to the highway. Well-maintained lawn, garden, waterbodies. The room was quite big, and furnitures were impressive.

Cons:

The staff were ill-trained. They failed to do their job properly. The reception desk, security gate, restaurant, house keeping....everywhere you find complete lack of professionalism. The food was just about ok, nothing great. But the dining hall was extremely noisy. Apart from other guests, a loud tv was always on at the dining hall, either chanting "hare krishna" or showing cricket match with full volume on. One night it rained and there was water logging in front of our room. Till late morning next day nobody came to clean it up. The room was quite large but it had only one small a.c. which did not even work properly. Fortunately the weather was not too hot and we could manage.

It is a very good stay.
