Staff: When I checked in, I brought a few large bags, but three staff members were just standing around and didn’t offer to help. It felt like a lack of hospitality.
Amenities: There were limited amenities and not enough towels provided.
Cleanliness: There was dust under the bed, which makes me think housekeeping didn’t clean that area properly.
Hot Water: The hot water wasn’t hot enough and took quite a while to warm up.
Reception: Strangely, during check-out, the receptionist asked me to leave a review without even asking how my stay was or whether everything was okay.
Anyway, even though you're a budget hotel with limited in-room facilities, please make sure your staff takes better care of the guests. Believe me, when guests feel well taken care of, they will gladly give you a good review.

the room itself was super clean and seemed quite newly renovated and featured a smart tv, to which you could stream content from your devices
the bathroom was very old and quite dirty. the underside of the table was full of spider webs.
i wanted to order a taxi/private transfer for a 7 min ride to my friends' hotel, but the staff wanted me to pay 300k rp, which is a joke to me.
it was impossible to turn of the lights next to the bed, except, by removing the key card, but then i wouldn't have had ac. attached photo shows the view out of my room
Asked for coffee and was provided and gave us GREAT breakfast in the morning to take away!

The staff is very nice. The night market is close so it's convenient to go for dinner.

The room was smelling humidity and needed to be opened for at least one hour.
Liberta Home seririt is a new hotel. The rooms are very nice. It is very clean and modern. Good aircon and extremely comfortable beds. Everything is like new. It has an elevator and a rooftop with a great view. It is definitely worth a stay you will not be disappointed.

Window faces a wall so not really any natural light. Warm water max, not necessarily hot. But no big deal.
