Cons:

Cancelling my room without calling when I came to the hotel, asked to pay and was told not to sincd my room was not ready yet. Completely unnacceptable communication.

Great property, beautiful and clean rooms, my new spot on Austin.
Pros:

The property was clean with ample parking and lighting.

Cons:

I didn’t like that parking was an additional $20 just for an accessible lot (no garage, gate or valet service for that price). I also didn’t like that there was only one person at the desk both times when I checked in/out so there was a wait.

We loved the property but did have some issues with staff.

Pros:

warm, professional and effective staff in a lovely environment

Cons:

I should have asked more clearly how to operate the air conditioning. I wrestled with it all night, unable to get the temperature to stay down or keep the fan on. If I stay again I'll be sure to get a primer on how to use this one black mark on anotherwise great experience.
