Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out through email with a secure link to create a Sonder account. Local regulations require that the guest will provide a photo of their government issued photo ID and a selfie. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival as long as they have completed the Sonder Account and Online Check in. Поздние заселение было обговорено и согласованно, по итогу не смогла попасть в отель. Не надежно, не безопасно, у самого отеля шумно и по вечерам пьянки и крики

The location and all the staff were great. Besides 1 grumpy reception guy.

Cons:

All the noise from drunk people fighting on the street. It is near a party hostel which means lots of drunk teenagers late at night

Personalul foarte amabil și ajutător.

Cons:

Dacă aveți planificat zborul devreme, trebuie să știți ca zona este destul de periculoasă și noaptea este periculos de ieșit pe acea stradă. Vă recomandăm să chemați taxi de la recepția hotelului.

În prima cameră în care eram cazați era un miros puternic de la sistemul de canalizare, dar ne-a fost schimbată pe o altă cameră fără așa probleme.

În noua cameră nu era curățat wc-ul.

Expect the larger rooms would be much better, ours was the smallest offered

Friendly desk staff, but at a separate hotel we had to find after we thought we’d arrived. Room was beautiful and quiet

Cons:

Very small room, half of it taken up by a L-shaped entry hall. Bed was beautiful but hard mattress and pillows. Bathroom door a foot from the bed so no privacy. For the price we could have found better

De ligging, de netheid, de grote van de kamer was super.
Ook makkelijk om binnen te komen.

Cons:

Beetje harde matras, en jammer geen ontbijt. (MSS mogelijkheid laten om te ontbijten in het hotel wat verderop)

Jammer maar alarm afgegaan midden de nacht voor een eindje. Maar kan gebeuren. Lol
