Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out through email with a secure link to create a Sonder account. Local regulations require that the guest will provide a photo of their government issued photo ID and a selfie. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival as long as they have completed the Sonder Account and Online Check in. Very nice room, but again the Nightclub life is way too close. People were partying and yelling right outside our room.
Pros:

Room was great. Staff was great.

Cons:

The nightclub NOISE WAS HORRIBLE!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a good night rest. I was lucky to get 4 hours of sleep at night!!!

Sehr schönes Zimmer für Leute die gern mitten drin sind.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön groß, so wie auch das Bad. Die Lage mitten im touristischen Hotspot ist toll, wenn man es nicht ruhig haben möchte.

Cons:

In der Nacht ist es schon ab und zu etwas laut.

Perfect spot in Gothic Quarter Barcelona
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in central Barcelona. Easy walk to Metro and rest of Gothic Quarter. Right by Plaça Reial for great restaurants. Great room. Luggage storage upstairs which we used. Hard to fault.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Never saw any staff.

You cannot fault the location, we stay in this place so was easy to get to the port for our cruise. There is shuttle bus to take you there from the top of La Rambla.
So happy to have Netflix, hot and cold drinking water refiller, roomy and clean. Kettle is available in the room. Elevator, thank you.

Cons:

The water refiller didn’t work, so had to go down or up stairs for it, must be broken. We were there for 4 nights, still not fix. Didn’t realised we can use the hotel facilities in the hotel HQ just around the corner until the last day. There’s a rooftop bar, reception area and bar area etc.
