Hotel is lovely and we enjoyed our time there. The location is perfect, everything is very close. We definitely recommend this place.
The apartment was modern, comfortable and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed, including a lift and washing machine. It was in a great location within the Gothic Quarter being easily walkable to great restaurants and shopping.
We stayed over a weekend and experienced significant noise throughout the night. While we didn’t mind the music, people screaming and yelling outside between 3–7am was disruptive. Understandably, this is beyond management’s control, but light sleepers should bring earplugs.
We had a great stay Hamsa House. It was in a fabulous location! The room had a lovely fit out with a comfy bed and nice, clean bathroom, however it was quite small - and was a little hard to manage with our 2 large suitcases. This was manageable for a 1 night, but it might have become tedious for a longer stay.
We also appreciated that the entrance had suitcase ramps over the small number of steps. The staff at reception (at a separate sister hotel) were also lovely!
Something to note is the reception was located a short walk away at Hotel California.

Location was excellent. The kitchenette, washing machine, and refrigerator were extremely useful for to the rainy conditions.
The leaking windows and water leaking on the counter. The response from the staff was good but we still had many towels on the floor soaking up water.. Cleaning the room was only changing the towels and empty the trash. there was no real option to get the room cleaned especially after the flooding..

Location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing terrace with the most gorgeous view of Barcelona. Will 100% be returning. The cleaners were also really lovely and so helpful

Very friendly staff who offered local recommendations and walked us from the sister hotel to ours. It's in the heart of the city and easy to get everywhere. The room was comfortable, clean and welcoming.
