Súper cómodo puedes llegar a pie al Mercado municipal, malecón y aeropuerto. Excelente 100% recomendado.

Very nice and spacious clean rooms. The property is very nice and well kept. My only complaint is the keep the plastic on the mattress so while sleeping and moving around the mattress makes noise.

Me gustó que la piscina cierra hasta las 10 PM y que el agua es templada, no está helada como en otros hoteles. Lo que me disgustó un poco es que el lavabo estaba un poco tapado, el baño no tiene azulejos y fallaba el aire acondicionado

Our stay at Luna Azul was marvelous. Everyone was super nice. It is located very close to the market. And to an amazing place to eat called Las Palma, the hot water was always available for a quick shower the pool is just the right temperature. We had an amazing stay, and we will be back next year!

No todo el personal es amable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, muchos problemas con la puerta de mi habitación y muchos problemas para imprimir unos documentos que necesitaba.

Had ants in the bathroom and both double beds. My room was moved to a room on 2nd floor with a balcony door that would not lock.

A little oasis near downtown. More of a local vibe

Estancia agradable, con habitaciones amplias, alberca limpia, pero con mucho cloro, podria mejorar poner un poco mas de muebles en la habitación, para poder acomodar mejor tus cosas, pero en general todo muy limpio, ordenado y comodo

Looking for a “go-to” hotel for our shorter stays in Cozumel. This hotel is clean and nice. The location is perfect for quick and easy access from the airport to hotel to beaches for snorkeling. Very happy with the quality of my stay.

El hotel es lindo, la zona de alberca es grande, l habitación es cómoda, tiene aire y las cortinas son block out, me encantó todo.

This was our best hotel in Mexico (quality in general and service are two things that are very difficult to find), but still way below acceptable Western standards and decent satisfaction levels. The rooms were nice and the overall place gives off calm vibes; however, we had various issues. Staff was partly unhelpful: we asked them help with a call, nada; breakfast was ridiculous, staff was late in preparing it and in general it was of very small quantity (1/2 things; no choice at all) and very poor quality. Hot water was an issue, we almost never had it in the shower; luckily our room was quite silent but others weren’t, and even the staff did not mind making noise when guests wanted to sleep. The swimming pool was always dirty, never saw anyone taking a dip. In general, it had the potential to be a nice decent hotel, but staff did not care nor there was any decent maintenance performed. We stayed two nights, more than enough.

This was my second stay at the Luna Azul and I will stay there again. It’s a quaint little hotel with a very refreshing pool. It’s in a location where I can walk to the Malecon to go shopping… to find good restaurants. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and very accommodating. My room is always cleaned spotlessly every day. I trust the staff completely. The only thing that would make it better would to be a mini fridge in the room. But that is my only recommendation. I love this hotel. And I can’t go without saying how much I love Lucas, the little black dog that loves to visit the hotel. He’s always so happy to see me and keeps me happy because I miss my dog when I’m away.
