Unser Zimmer war schön , das Personal war nett und freundlich,das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend muss ich sagen,es war sehr vielfältig und jeden Tag gab es was anderes mit Nachtisch! Die Terasse war leider sehr unsauber,viele Ameisen und die Sitzkissen auf den Terassenmöbeln sind wirklich sehr sehr abgenutzt und sogar zerissen. Leider auch kein Sonnenschirm, am Tag schien die Sonne direkt in die Terasse, sodass es unmöglich war , dort zu sitzen weil es zu warm war, Also Pflege für die Terasse ist ein Muss ,schließlich ist es nicht ein sehr günstiges Hotel,da erwartet man schon etwas mehr Pflege und Austattung. Aber im Allgemein war es in Ordnung,die Klimaanlage war sehr gut und schonend.
El desayuno, sin duda. Desayuno es variado y completo. Se sirve en la terraza, con vista a los globos.
La hora del desayuno empieza un poco tarde si quieres empezar las visitas pronto.
El aire de la habitación no enfriaba mucho.
I loved how animal friendly they were had gorgeous little kittens and puppies I miss them so much already!! . The property had beautiful decoration and the location was great to city centre of Goreme. Our room was also fantastic and came with a gorgeous terrace. The staff were so accommodating and amazing, everything we needed they provided, so welcoming kind and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and huge and every day they change it up a bit which was a nice touch. The terrace is fantastic. I recommend this hotel. And it’s also nice that it isn’t dead centre in city centre because it’s in such a quiet area ! The city centre is only a 5 minute walk. Hope to be back one day !

Great small hotel, lovely staff (thanks for all your help Mehmet), very cute puppy!, great for balloon watching at sunrise, good for walking out to different valleys, 10 mins walk from town centre and bus station. Very nice food for breakfast. They also recommended a restaurant at their sister hotel and the food was excellent and a very good price. Our room had a great bathroom with private sauna.
Double check any trips arrangement when you arrive. Lighting in the room was a bit dim. Lights string on the roof top got in the way of photos a little.
The staff are incredible at Serene, they put a lot of effort into the breakfast service (some of the best breakfast food we had in Turkey) and helping guests with their itineraries. The property is also on the north end of town, away from the crowds, giving you an (almost) unobstructed view of the balloons in the morning. As an added bonus the hotel also had a friendly dog! The only criticism would be the cleanliness. Compared to other hotels we stayed in at Turkey, there was some missing attention to detail, i.e. towel stains and grime in the bathroom.
Biz 4 kişilik odada kaldık. 3.5 yaşındaki kızımızla gayet konforluydu. Çalışanlar ilgili,güleryüzlü. Otoparkı var. Otelin terasından balonları izleyebilirsiniz, manzarası da muhteşem. Kahcaltı yeterliydi. Kapadokya’ya bir daha gidecek olsak kesinlikle tercih ederiz.
Çok temiz çalışanların ilgili olduğu bir butik otel. Odamız gayet genişti. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşanmayacak bir yer. Bu konu benim için önemliydi çünkü şehrin genelinde bir otopark sıkıntısı var. Kahvaltılar güzel ve yeterliydi. Akşam yemekleri içinde merkeze yakın hatta

Lovely and friendly staff members, super clean room and we especially loved our private sauna and large bathroom - that was amazing!!
Breakfast was fantastic as well with a wide spread and serviced with rooftop seating.
Great value for the price we paid!
Only downside is that it is around 15min walk to the centre of Goreme but no big deal.
Also cause of the sauna it can become quite humid in the home so we needed to open windows at times.

Her anlamda mükemmel hotel. Çalışan ilgisi en üst seviyede. 4 kişi aile odasında konakladık, şimdiye kadar konakladığımız en geniş odalardan biriydi. Kahvaltı kesinlikle tatmin edici, sıcaklar ve çeşit yeterli. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde tek tercih olacaktır.

Yılbaşı tatili için gittiğimiz gezimizde serene hotelde konakladık. Odaların temizliği, çalışanların güler yüzlü oluşu ve kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Açık büfe değildi ama her gün hazırlanan tüm yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
Odamız cok temiz ve sıcaktı. Hiç üşümedik. Kahvaltı gayet doyurucu ve çesitliydi. Istediginiz saatte ucretsiz cay kahve alma imkani vardi. Konum olarak da her yere yakindi. Biz cok memnun kaldik.
The hotel was very nice and the room was pretty. However, it was not functional. There was no place to put suitcases and no drawers to put clothes in. The breakfast on the roof top was excellent and the young lady cook was very friendly and a good chef. The location was a bit far from city center if you’re not a mobile person (old like me). The staff was helpful and this is a great place to watch the balloons.
