Signature BM Hotel Durres & Beach

Har aldri vært på dårligere plass. Kranglet oss til å få nye håndkler 3 ganger, den ene gangen fikk vi kun 2 gulvhånkler, da de ikke hadde annet. De kostet rommet 3 ganger, ingen rengjøring. Toalett, dusj og vask ble ikke rørt. Vaskedamene ble sure når vi ba om håndklær og rengjøring. En kveld var sjefen i resepsjonen full, han satt å drakk med politiet og et par protistuerte

There was no towels in the room, it took them until the next day to provide them. Also, on none of the days I stayed there was daily room cleaning.. otherwise all good 👍

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas toujours il faut être patient et ils la réactivent dès qu’on le demande ( chaque jour) le ménage n’est pas quotidien mais les serviettes sont changées si on demande. les chambres sont très spacieuses et le petit dej propose beaucoup de choix. Les salariés sont très gentils .Attention le nom de l’hôtel n’est trouvé par aucun taxi car sur la façade c’est écrit Eurostar et à l’intérieur c’est hôtel belmondo… donc prenez bien le téléphone de l’hôtel avec vous!

Hotel heißt vor Ort anders - niemand kennt "Signature BM Hotel Durres & Beach", stattdessen heißt es entweder "Eurostar Hotel" oder "Belmondo".

Pool gibt es keinen (hat dort aber so gut wie kein Hotel), Poolbar natürlich dann auch nicht, keine Sauna/Wellness, kein Privatstrand (öffentlicher Strand an dem man sich Liegen/Sonnenschirme mieten kann), trotz all inclusive muss man an der Bar seine Getränke bezahlen.

Zimmer waren groß und relativ sauber, Personal war freundlich, die Bilder vom Eingangsbereich/Zimmern entsprechen Großteils/Grundlegend der Realität.

Viele "Baustellen" noch offen bzw. noch nicht so hergerichtet wie es auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist.

Wenn man keine all zu hohen Ansprüche hat (wir waren dort für einen entspannten Männerurlaub und nur zum schlafen im Zimmer) war es in Ordnung.

The room was not at all what was shown in the photographs. There was no working light in the bedroom. The hotel had broken window glass and a non functioning plugs in multiple spots. Staff took my pillows and refused to give it back. I have photos of all the issues. Staff was rude. Would never go again.

I was unable to stay here due to the broken door, missing bed, and dirty room. This place not only lied in their advertising, but in their name & location. Do not book - they are scamming.

The hotel is not located on the beach.
It does not have a beach bar, swimming pool and spa area, as it is mentioned on the website, in the description!
When I asked about these at the reception, the answer was that they are under renovation. In fact, they don't even exist!
For lunch and dinner, only spaghetti and pasta were served. Breakfast is poor.
All inclusive means what is cooked that day, you have no choice.
Also with all inclusive, only one drink per person is served at that meal (for example, one beer at lunch and one beer at dinner).
Don't try to walk up or down the stairs from the 3rd floor to the ground floor, it's terrible! Use the elevator so you don't get scared of what you'll see in the stairwell!
Friendly, young staff try to do what they can for tourists.
The room is large, spacious, quite clean, with air conditioning.

The name of the hotel es EUROSTAR HOTEL. It was formerly known as Hotel Belmondo. The taxi drivers and people around did not know the Signature BM Hotel Durres & Beach. For that reason, the taxi charged me 10 Euros and I had no choice since I did not know where the hotel was. The reception was very good and helpful and my room was large, with good AC. However, the internet did not get to the desk, so I had to surf the web from the bathroom sink.
The hotel is not on the beach, actually it is 1 block away. There is no pool and I was told that the spa was on the 9th floor. I went there and did not see any spa.
Breakfast was just OK, nothing fancy: fried eggs, cereal, cold cuts, sausage, polenta, watermelon and cookies; orange and peach juice. If you want hot water or coffee, you need to ask for it.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around, bus stop is a few meters away (take the one that says Dürres-Plepa from Dürres bus terminal. Bear in mind that if you want to go to the South, like Berat, you need to go to the Plepa bus terminal, not Dürres.

They don't know nothing about hospitality. The hotel name is Euro Star and not Signature BM. To pay an amount of € 50 they charged my card € 63. Rooms are not equipped with anything. Just a small fridge, although should be a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is poor.

This hotel is a scam! They charged me extra $48 when I did check in! It says free parking and they charge for parking. We tried to cancel before paying all this fees. Please Book somewhere else because you are going to be disappointed

it's not too bad location but all the property products are sooo cheap and you as scared that you are going to brake the chair or something because is sooo low quality.
The worst problem is that the room so dirty! Not even clean, we saw a lot insects and maybe during the night my daughter got pinched from them I have fact and pictures for everything I am saying.

Terrible place and very difficult to deal with.

When we arrive, hotel asked us 22 euros per person per night extra! Not mentionned in Expedia description. Be aware! Got my negotiate hat on. But still extra to pay. Hotel was fine, very young team running it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked on hotels.com and paid in full. However when arriving there at 10pm from the airport we are made aware that we have to pay €100, this was to cover a management fee and bed linen. However with the unfavourable exchange rate they charge, it ended up being €110. This is €25 per person, even though one of our 4 people was a 4 month old baby. We felt blackmailed to pay this charge, due to the time of night and for our baby. The manager did not care. I felt for the staff who admitted that they felt awkward and knew that the charge was unfair. We were not the only ones that this was happening too, they were doing to all guests checking in. All guested were very annoyed at this extra charge. They also take a €100 (really €110) deposit as well, which I am still waiting to be unblocked on my card nearly a week later.
I at least expected our beds to be made, but no. We had no sheets on our bed, and due to the time had to go down to reception to gather our sheets and make our own beds. Also the sheets had to be returned as they were dirty.
The hotel just feels unfinished. The room are sparsely decorated. They are big rooms with only a bed and a wardrobe and tv cabinet in there. This hotel is nothing like the photos. We booked a room with a kettle and microwave for the baby, however got none of that. There was no swimming pool.

I had to pay a city tax of 16 Euro ped day and a deposit of 100 Euro. The bathroom smells of cigarettes and the water is only lukewarm. Coffee for breakfast costs an extra Euro and breakfast itself is disgusting. The pool was closed and theres no private beach. One of the worst stays in my life.

This hotel's name is not Signature BM Hotel Durres & Beach. It is VH Belmondo Hotel and they are completely scammers. The reception staff was rude. The hotel asked the same price that I paid for room as city tax for 2 nights 2 person which is not a legal fee(I searched and asked if there is really a tax called city tax but no). They also asked 3 times the price that I paid for room as guarantee(?) which we didn't understand what is guarantee. I refused to pay that and they want my passport to hold as a guarantee instead of money. We didn't stay there and paid nothing except the fee for stay. I demand a refund which is also not possible as they said. Please read that review twice and make your decision.

The name of this hotel is actually VH Belmondo Durres Hotel & Beach. There is no signage for a Signature BM Hotel, making it difficult to find since there is no street number in the hotel listing. Hotels.com still lists the VH Belmondo (having a 4.4 rating).
