Lovely room, helpful staff in a great location
Pros:

Location was fantastic and the comfort of the room was top notch...very clean

Cons:

The noise....I get it's a noisy area but all noise was coming through the 1 window. May need to seal it properly.

Great base to explore Haiphong
Pros:

Good location to explore Haiphong. Staff courteous on arrival. Nice to have a pool and a washing machine. Decent breakfast. Pho and eggs cooked to order. Great bed and good storage.

Cons:

No clothes airer (listed) which kind of made the washing machine redundant. Given it had a kettle, sink and hob, kitting the room out with just two cups and two glasses seemed a bit minimalist. Just as well we ate out.

Great location, you can explore city and park by walking and enjoying. Swimming pool is very nice on the roof top. Room is very modern liked everything👍

Lovely apartment, close to train station

Cons:

Although the hotel overlooked a lovely park, we got a bad vibe about the area, went to a Vietnamese restaurant and sat at a table was told the restaurant was closing and was asked to leave (it was busy and other Vietnamese people were coming in behind us and getting served), couldn’t find a local bar near hotel.
We had booked and paid for two nights but left after one, the hotel didn’t contact me to ask why we left early.
