Poor customer service
Pros:

I upgraded my room to a suite but shocked to realized it had no shower. Only a flimsy hand held shower on top of a large bath tub and no door/ curtain
Terrible experience with staff who did nothing to improve my stay and refused to refund I paid for an upgrade or cancel my reservation.
Terrible customer service !!!
Will never stay there again and donot recommend this property
