Enjoyed our stay. Staff was always cordial. Restaurant was inviting.
Pros:

Close to our various destinations.

Cons:

Need more parking lot space. I realize there is a parking garage next door where tickets are validated but in the winter time it’s nice to be able to park close to the hotel building.

My stay was amazing and I will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location, staff, amenities,food were all good .
The Christmas decorations were really beautiful .
The whole esthetics of the property is lovely..
The beds were clean and comfy..

Cons:

The only issue was the lower faucet in the bathtub was not working properly so all the water was not coming out in the shower.
We did report the issue to front desk they came up to fix it but it was still the same so hopefully they will get the plumber to fix the problem.!!

We should have turned the heat down more and the price was high, but the location was great.
Pros:

The room was very clean and well appointed. The included breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bed was so high that I had trouble getting into it. The quilt was too heavy.

Nice room
Pros:

Nice room. Good breakfast. Kind staff, Nice balcony..

Cons:

There are no sheets for bedding for the pull-out couch in the room. I ended up calling for bedding and pillows. The first time they brought one sheet. I called again asking for a blanket, and they brought two pillows, but they never brought a blanket. I didn't want to bother by calling again for the third time, so I lent my daughter my sweatshirt.

Pleasant stay in the heart of downtown Rochester.
Pros:

Free Breakfast is always a bonus and the restaurant & bar is a nice addition. The outdoor area was nice as well. Staff were professional.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I felt everything was perfect.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a huge variety of items and it was all quite good. The building was very modern and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little overpriced, in my opinion. The dinner menu at the restaurant in the hotel wasn’t great and the live music was too loud to be able to have a conversation.
