Pros:

The location and ease of access to our desired destinations. The day shift staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

We came for just an overnight so the kids could enjoy the museum of play and swim.
Pros:

The check in process was easy, the room and bathroom were very clean, there was plenty of shampoo/conditioner/etc in the bathroom. The pool was way overchlorinated, my kids usually swim for hours, but they only stayed in for a little bit because their eyes were burning. More tables in the pool area would be nice. The workout area looked really nice, I didn't get a chance to use it, but it looked like it had everything you could need. The breakfast was good, my kids enjoyed the waffles, the eggs were good and I liked that there was plain oatmeal with the add ons which is my favorite.

Cons:

I can't think of anything at the moment. The check in took a while because there was an extended phone call, so maybe a second person available to help check in at times would be helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was always cordial. Restaurant was inviting.
Pros:

Close to our various destinations.

Cons:

Need more parking lot space. I realize there is a parking garage next door where tickets are validated but in the winter time it’s nice to be able to park close to the hotel building.

My stay was amazing and I will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location, staff, amenities,food were all good .
The Christmas decorations were really beautiful .
The whole esthetics of the property is lovely..
The beds were clean and comfy..

Cons:

The only issue was the lower faucet in the bathtub was not working properly so all the water was not coming out in the shower.
We did report the issue to front desk they came up to fix it but it was still the same so hopefully they will get the plumber to fix the problem.!!

We should have turned the heat down more and the price was high, but the location was great.
Pros:

The room was very clean and well appointed. The included breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bed was so high that I had trouble getting into it. The quilt was too heavy.
