Hotel balaton was excellent and the staff was so kind! Checking in was easy and it’s a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great. Would love to return!
Struttura super accogliente, pulita e profumata (entrando in stanza si sentita proprio l'odore di pulito e profumo). Staff super gentile, la signora alla reception (mi dispiace non averle chiesto il nome) è stato molto cordiale, accogliente e gentile. La struttura mette a disposizione le bici ed ha anche un mini parcheggio auto (3/4 ci entrano) gratuito. Stanze piccoline ma accoglienti, bagno/doccia tutto nuovo. Sicuramente se dovessimo ricapitare a Riccione torneremo volentieri. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa e siamo andati via alle 4.30 del mattina pertanto mi è dispiaciuto non poter assaggiare le loro colazioni. Ah ultimo aspetto che mi è piaciuto tanto è stato vedere fuori in cortile un piccolo giardinetto dedicato ai bambini con tavoli e sedie per loro, sono dettagli che fanno sicuramente piacere alle famiglie con bambini.
Forse per raggiungere la perfezione avrei aggiunto un biglietto in camera Con la password del WiFi e giusto due bottigliette d'acqua per gli ospiti che sono una chicca super apprezzata dagli ospiti e devo dire che girando molti hotel, trovare l'acqua fresca in camera è un piccolo gesto che fa la differenza. Ps Semplicemente uno spunto non una critica.
Il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto, pulizia top, staff gentile e premuroso, inoltre avevo avvisato che uno degli ospiti era celiaco...a colazione attenzione massima ,gli hanno fatto trovare pane, merendine e altro...veramente un soggiorno fantastico ...grazie 😘
