No concerns about the property apart from when you go for breakfast , the room could of been more warmer
Nothing
The room stank of dampness and foist. The bed was so uncomfortable neither of us slept well. The car park was bright so the light shone through the curtain and the door (why there isn't a curtain at the door I don't know) also adding to the lack of sleep. Saw a man on check in, he wasn't unfriendly but not the greatest customer service either.
Price was cheap, easy parking
Room was stuffy, so opened window but then noisy traffic.
Bed was uncomfortable.
No breakfast available or any sign of anyone about at 7.45 to ask.
Plenty of parking, when we could find the rear access. Quirky Victorian villa. Can walk into town centre.
Lack of communication, no reply to my email which requested breakfast [which is advertised], but when I then asked upon arrival was told it was not available.
Also, there was no one answering the phone, when we were having trouble finding the parking, yet someone was in reception when we eventually parked.
There were just 2 slots for windows at ceiling height in our room, which did not appear to open.
Close to hospital
-Window in room with no curtain so woke early and only had 5 hours sleep.
-No facilitates e.g. toothbrush
-No breakfast or dinner available
-Unfriendly welcome
Room was clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped.
Very peaceful over night.
Nothing at all.
6Am got locked out due outside doors jamming and key not working. Main doors has had combination which was never given to me - Ended up freezing and getting cold because of it.
Got hold of “house-keeper” which was clearly upset because i woke him up. Accusing me that i do not know how to use key, furthermore that i may of bent the door lock - despite staying there before and not having any issues… Did not even apologised for inconvenience.
Location
Disappointed

Their wasn’t much to like about the property
It honestly felt like a haunted house.
