La Casa Blanca de Vigan Hotel

Location was ideal and convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Service level needs some improvement—we had afternoon tea and tea sandwiches
and sweets options are mediocre. Staff needed to be more attentiv.

Nice staff accommodation wise.

It would have been 5 had it jave a fitness center and auperb breakfast. Rooms are very nice and new on oir side and enough space. Switch however is misplaced on the bathroom. Acessible by stairs quickly, elevators are even not needed. Food is pretty basic 6 kinds and extras. Pool is quite small but staff seems to be knowleageable. A nice quaint hotel in the heart of Vigan

Near to the center of the city

The property is nice, clean and staffs are respectful and accommodating.
The reason we were upset is that after staying there just for overnight and given just exact number of towels, handtowels and face towels by the time we were checking out, your staffs was saying they are missing 1 handtowel. What craziness was that? You cannot even spare extra toiletries and bath items you accuse us of taking 1 hand towel?

The hotel was so amazing and staffs are very accommodating.

It was a nice place and clean as well. But the water pressure was low and the room we were in needed more TLC. Meaning that the shower head needed to be serviced because some of the sprinklers holes were clogged. And the dresser drawers were hard to open and closed. Other than that every thing is good.Oh and the Resturant Evelyn needs to train their servers to learn what’s on their menu instead of going back and forth to answer simple questions like for example. On the menus it has specials but the servers wasn’t aware what the special for the day was.

It was wonderful. A little bit pricey comoared to the other hotel around but the room was very spacious and so does the bathroom. The whole hotel looks neat. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. The early check-in was very helpful. It was just an overnight stay but we surely did enjoy our stay.

The access to the historical Calle and service is bar none!!

La Casa Blanca hotel is a beautifully restored property located right on Calle Crisologo, which makes it ideal for exploring the city.
The room we had, which was a deluxe king was very nicely decorated, with furniture that blended ideally with the period of the property and showed local taste and culture.
The bathroom was huge and had a separate toilet, cubicle shower and a single vanity unit.
The main room had a wardrobe with safe, bathrobes and slippers, a nice king size bed, bedside cabinets, table and two chairs and a large flat screen tv. The room looked out onto the lobby area, which was nice as the lobby had a glass roof which meant the room
had loads of natural daylight.
Breakfast was served in Cafe Evelyn, and was pretty rubbish the first day as it was a buffet, and most of the food had gone cold. Day two was not a buffet and we were able to chose from the menu, this food was fresh and delicious, the only drawback was a lack of fresh orange juice.
We visited the sky bar twice and found the staff here to be very un-interested. Other staff in the hotel were always very pleasant especially the reception staff and the door security.
One strange thing to mention when checking out, you must wait for them to check the room before you are allowed to leave the hotel. I guess quite a few towels and bathrobes must have gone missing :)
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the hotels rooms and location definitely make it worthy of 5 out of 5.

Best stay in Vigan. Staff were well trained , professional and friendly. Location is the best. The hotel had the old charm but with modetn amenities. Smart integration with old and new.

This is a beautifully restored property in a perfect location on Calle Crisologo. The rooms are designed to a very high standard and amenities provided are excellent.
The reception staff and the security staff were all very friendly. The staff in the Sky Bar were not as friendly and seemed as though we were a hindrance to them.
Breakfast was awful on the first day at Cafe Evelyn, as it was a buffet which was mainly cold by the time we got there at 9:30am. The second day we were allowed to order off the menu and the food was great.
Overall you can’t beat this hotel for location and a good standard of accommodation.

Fabulous hotel in a charming small city. We absolutely loved it. Wonderful staff, a very comfortable room and all in a great licarion. Utterly charming. We would love to have stayed for longer

This is a very nice Boutique hotel. Parking is available on site. Tree restaurant is excellent. Hotel is located right on the main cobble stone road where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a roof top lounge as well which is perfect for having an evening cocktail.

Staff are exceptionally professional and helpful

La Casa Blanca de Vigan has a very beautiful lobby and atrium, modern mixed with original Spanish architecture. The staff is very helpful and attentive. A bonus is the roof top bar with an infinity pool and view of the Cordillera Mountain Range.

Excellent food breakfast time and staff too.
