Pros:

The bedsheets is so hard and don’t even know how to sleep with it. During late winter time, there’s no where to turn off the heater, and the room is extremely warm. Overall staying experience is bad, facility is not as good as the pic.

Pros:

駅から距離がキャリー移動も快適な程近くて良い。
最寄りの駅に買い物出来る場所も多く、そこで1日過ごせる充実感。

Cons:

工事中で少し周辺の匂いがした事とアメニティ色々ある中で歯ブラシだけなかったこと。

Modern, Urban paradise
Pros:

The room was really luxurious. Great views. Wonderful proximity to major station and shops. I felt as though I was living in a cool penthouse.

i will be staying here next time i come to seoul. it was the perfect hotel, stay here!!!!
Pros:

the room was SO nice!!! it was clean, it was spacious, the shower was so nice, the toilet was so nice, the bed was super comfy. it was just absolutely amazing and i was so sad to leave

the elevator could take over 2 minutes to come sometimes

Great value, convenient location, beautiful area.
Pros:

Probably one of the best hotels that we've stayed in a while - staff are welcoming, the room was clean and as expected. View was amazing. Very conveniently located to two major train lines, KTX station, and lots of great restaurants in the area. Convenience store (GS25) is in the building on the basement floor, open 24/7, which was super convenient. They also have a locker area for your luggage in case you need to store the luggage before checkin or after checkout. Also close to the airport limo bus. The area is not as crowded and touristy as Myeongdong or Hongdae. It's also close to the Han River! Overall would love to stay at this hotel again next time when we're in Korea!

Cons:

The only downside was that we were firmly told by the cleaning lady to not use our 'do not disturb' sign when we didn't really want cleaning service on some of the days. I feel like that should be up to the guests if they want the cleaning service/not. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was comfortable.
