Our stay at this hotel completely ruined our vacation. From the moment we arrived on Wednesday night, we encountered one problem after another.

The bed sheets had human hair on them (see pictures), which is a serious hygiene and health concern. The room was advertised as having a queen-size bed, but the bed was clearly smaller than a standard queen.

The bathroom was unsafe because the shower leaked water all over the floor, creating a serious slipping hazard. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work at all. The room became unbearably hot, and I actually had to go out and buy fans just so we could sleep. I have never experienced anything like this at any hotel.

The next morning, I reported every issue to the front desk. Surprisingly, no one offered to move us to another room. A maintenance employee came to inspect the room but fixed absolutely nothing. He promised to return with a replacement part for the shower, but he never came back. He also assured us that the air conditioning would start working, but it never did.

What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of customer service. The hotel staff ignored our complaints and made no effort to resolve the problems or make our stay comfortable.

After our stay, I requested a full refund because the hotel failed to provide even the basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. My request was completely ignored. The hotel did not even have the courtesy to tell me whether my request had been approved or rejected. Instead, I had to contact Booking.com and ask them to follow up with the hotel just to find out the status of my refund request. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Paying guests deserve clean, safe, and functional accommodations. Instead, we received a dirty room, broken facilities, unbearable heat, and a staff that showed no concern for its guests.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. My vacation was ruined.

Pros:

Good location closer to sights. Laundry facilities and bath were good to have.

Cons:

Check in process was tricky as all online (no person available to speak to) and we'd booked at short notice so were quite lucky to be able to get in, and it took a bit of time.

La proximité du métro.

Cons:

L’état général des lieux laisse sérieusement à désirer. L’appartement n’était pas propre (table collante, meubles tachés, surfaces et murs sales, moisissures apparentes dans la salle de bain), la connexion wifi était inégale et certaines installations étaient abimées ou défectueuses. On promet un séjour luxueux. C’est très très loin du compte. À éviter.
