Overall decent, but the key issue was alarming.
Pros:

Good location to ECU and liked the suite with full kitchen.

Cons:

The keys were a huge issue. Multiple people could access a room! And our key deactivated after one night for a 2 night booking. Had to get front desk to change it. Internet issues too, could not connect and ended up connecting to hotel next door if Hilton didn’t work.

Great
Pros:

I like that it was near the hospital, and that the breakfast was wonderful. The room was very clean. Love that is pet friendly.

Cons:

I wish the price wasn't so high. I wish there was a pool because my kids were bored out of their mind. Needed a walk-in shower.

Pros:

My stay was good until I recieved information of my rate not being updated. This Homewood Suites privded a good stay and had plenty of parking.

Cons:

When I arrived booking.com had not communicated with the staff regarding my change of dates for my stay. The hotel rep stated that I would have to get a reciept from booking.com with the correct price for the date change.

They did not make up the bed every day. I said you had to ask if you wanted service every day. Not used to that - other hotels just do it.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible no flavor they served pulled pork for breakfast. The floors were dirty there was a salad 🥗 left in the trash can food on the floor our door was left unlocked and open to our room. There was only one wash cloth for the two of us for 2 days . The staff wasn’t at the desk when checking out . A five star hotel cost for 2 star hotel service
