Pros:

I am very satisfied with the service here and especially impressed with Johnny, he welcomed me very attentively and supported me during my stay here. The quality of everything is excellent, I will come back here when I have the opportunity to come to Vietnam again, this is a great place to stay with attentive reception.

Pros:

We liked the location and that the room was big.
Jay was very kind and informative, he helped us chose a trip which was very good. Also he was available and very communicative.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and not in a very good shape. The hotel itself feels not very maintained and taken care of. We had a situation where we woke up early for a tour and there was no breakfast (which was included) and also we should have got our laundry and no one was there. The manager apologized a lot but still we feels it should have been more taken care of because we went for a tour without eating.

We had a big room with my boyfriend exactly like the pictures on booking ! Surprise : there were a kind of small smoker balcony inside of the room😛
After a room without windows at Hanoï, we were so happy to get this lighting room ☀️
The staff is really nice and fast if you need anything.
They also propose vegetarian and vegan food for breakfast 🙏🏻

Pros:

We had a small issue in our room, but luckily, Jay from the front desk came to the rescue!
He took amazing care of us and all our needs.
His assistance was absolutely outstanding.
He answered all our questions, was basically available 24/7, and made us feel truly welcome.

the location was good, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful with booking us a tour :)

Cons:

the breakfast was fairly average- pancakes that had been cooked awhile ago or banh mi prepared earlier. not super fresh or hot but still tasty

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

It was a wonderful experience for us, especially the way Jay and his team greeted us. They were always ready to help us with anything and everything we asked for. I would recommend a stay here for sure.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Great location and excellent service! The manager, Jay, was super friendly the whole time – such a great guy. If you need to rent a motorbike or book tours, this is the place to do it. I booked a one-day boat tour here, and it was much cheaper than elsewhere, plus the group and the boat’s structure were way better than other options.

Cons:

However, the cleanliness could be improved – they should hire a cleaner who does a thorough job. Also, some small fixes in the room are needed: the AC didn’t heat, the TV remote didn’t work, and the window had no lock. With these improvements, the place would be even better!

Pros:

Staff responded quickly on WhatsApp to any concerns. Hotel in a good location. The room itself was nice and bright, and a reasonable size.

Cons:

Initially the room we were given did not appear to have been cleaned - the bedding was stained and there were used towels hanging in the wardrobe. We requested a new room, which was provided. However the new room did not have enough bedding or towels and when we asked for some the staff went and got these from the previous room. Overall, if the cleanliness of the hotel was improved, this would be a very good value for money.

Upgraded us to another floor, but that was after another couple decided not to stay and left.

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean. Someone had even left gummy bears on the table and mirror that was not removed during cleaning.

Pros:

Personal was super helpful. They took care for me of transportation to/from Hanoi and I also booked a night kayaking tour with them, as well as a scooter rental. They offered me free late checkout and everything was easy.

Cons:

Breakfast experience could have been a bit better.

Very welcoming host and great and clean bedroom.

Cons:

The view is not anymore on the lake but nothing the owner could do about it. Huge construction is taking over the beach.
