Excellent as always.
Pros:

No complaints, Everyone is always very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Brown outs. But that's on Leyeco. Or what ever the name is.

The place had a warm, homely feel – it was a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Pros:

Key broke the first time trying to use it. They smiled and said that will be an extra charge. Paid in advance for 10 days but only stayed one. Do not recommend!!!

Pros:

Our favorite place to stay in the Tacloban area. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is great. If you don’t want to be in the city, this is the perfect place.

Pros:

Staff is great and attentive. I like that the property is set back from the main roadway, keeps things calm around the property. We used the room kitchen several times. It was nice having kitchenware available. And fridge. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of cabinet space for those who don’t like living out of their luggage. The food and coffee at Mumu’s is very good. I also like the laundry downstairs—they did a great job. This is my third time staying at GTC Apartelle.

Pros:

This was a great find when everything in the city was unavailable. It is 10 minutes outside of the city, but worth the stay. The staff was beyond helpful with everything. There is a laundry next door that is fast and cheap. Don’t rent a car at the airport, let this hotel set you up with their car rental contact. It was nearly half the price! As for the room, it was super nice and clean. It had everything we needed, including plates and silverware. Good air conditioner. I really have no complaints. You will hear motorcycles outside on the road but I got used to it.

It felt like home.
Pros:

It was a perfect location for us. It was clean and the staff was always smiling. We enjoyed having the laundry service , as well as the cafe, on the bottom level. We also enjoyed having the sitting room apart from the bedroom. It was quite homey.
