Seaside Luxury Oasis with balcony

Great place to stay!

The unit we stayed in was better than what we thought the outside was a little outdated but the inside was amazingly updated. It was clean and smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The view was awesome the sunsets were beautiful and we got to see some dolphins and manatees while sitting outside on the balcony. The artwork was great if you know you know. Overall it was a good stay and I enjoyed my birthday week. I will definitely stay there again.

This property is a hidden treasure!!! The picture do not do it justice at all!!! Way better than expected, breathtaking views of the bay, conveniently close to the airport, Downtown, Amelie, Channelside and Clearwater Beach!! It’s PERFECT!! If your reading this look no further.

My check in was horrible towel rack in bathroom wasn’t there unit had mildew smell baseboards missing whoever working over phone with reservation wasn’t professional

Floor was not stable, closet doors not on, run-down unit, furniture was stained, appliances not working. Left day early

His was a nice unit and the price was reasonable while the other hotels in the area were inflated prices for some reason on a Tuesday night. Covered parking was a bonus

The original advertisement for this property The Tampa Vacation Collection was advertising was $119 when comparing to other places. I proceeded to check out under the impression this was the total cost or at least most of it (excluding tax). After I paid for the night, I found out that there was an additional $113 “facility fee” which more than doubled the original cost bringing my total cost to $264. While I understand there may be some fees for various reasons, a “facility fee” that doubles the cost of a stay is ridiculous. Their marketing was very misleading and they were unwilling to understand this. While cordial, the manager was unwilling to understand my position and provide me with a refund only 10 min after I booked it. If you value honest businesses, I would highly recommend a different property management company and by extension property to stay at!

Property was perfect

SCAM. The pictures on the web and the actual ones differ so much. The old look of rhe unit. Paint peeling and bulging from the wall. The patio dirty the view nothing like what shows on the web.

We checked in and looked around and left and found another place.

Hotels.com really needs to verify their listings and make sure they are what they claim to be. We reached out to property manager but all they said was sorry. No partial refund or anything.

Sadly lost money but will not be returning

What I didn’t like - I thought I was making reservation in a hotel come to find out it was an air b & b - not all units are the hotels. They say it’s on the beach, there is a small beach but you can’t go into the water, there’s a rock wall. Otherwise it was good. Michele at the front desk was GREAT! Since I didn’t know it was a b&b, she was amazing, nice, etc., she helped us, thankfully

This is a surprising find within Tampa, especially so close to the airport. It feels as if you're already at the beach when staying here.

I never was able to check in my room I had to get another room I was sitting outside for a hour almost 2 trying to get in the room hours away from home just crazy

Air conditioner not working when we arrived at 6:00. Informed them right away but they were unable to get anyone to look at it. Asked for a different room or compensation of which they gave neither. Said they fixed it the next day but our stay was for only one day. Outdated furniture and old appliances Not worth the money
