To be honest, I didn't particularly like anything about the experience. The service, amenities, and overall value didn't meet my expectations

Cons:

There wasn't much I liked about my stay. The check-in was slow, the room was congested, and the breakfast didn't match the menu. Considering the price, I'd say it's overpriced for what you get

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rainforest, Ooty. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was peaceful, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Great value for money and a perfect place to relax in the hills. Would definitely recommend!”
