It is a great place to stay with surrounding adventures and places to eat.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine and the location was great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice clean rooms

Cons:

I was told at check in I needed to pay the damage deposit and would get it back. This hasn't happen. We stayed June 24th to June 26th. Left a day early because of bad weather coming. We didn't or have received any type of refunds. Other than this we would stay again and recommend it highly.

Being charged to park with no other option. The hotel isn’t cheap and the added cost is pretty crummy on their part.

A clean, comfortable hotel in a great location for visiting the Ark Encounter

The hotel is located within the Ark Encounter complex, which makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the attraction. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It included soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and I appreciated how well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel is very isolated, with no stores or restaurants nearby. I flew in and didn't rent a car because I expected Uber to be a convenient option, but it was difficult to find a ride, especially one large enough for my family of five. One evening I needed medicine, and the nearest pharmacy was about 40 minutes away. We ended up relying on DoorDash for meals since the hotel only serves breakfast and does not offer lunch or dinner. I was also disappointed that the indoor pool was very cold, which was frustrating for my children. Finally, I would have appreciated having a shower cap among the bathroom amenities.

Pros:

Did find it easy to find and had enough parking. even though I got a surprise $6,00 a nigh parking fee.

Cons:

After our request for a bath tub room and received a conformation that it would happen It didn't and when I ask for a second key they didn't have any??? My wife said they just don't like her LOL

If it weren't for the wet dog smell the stay would have probably been pleasant.
Pros:

I booked the hotel because it was right next to the ARK Encounter

Cons:

The room and hallway smelled like a wet dog. I have asthma from my allergies. I was told that I had a non pet room but the whole room smelled like a wet dog from the carpet. Otherwise, the room was very clean. After spending two nights, my allergies were terrible and I had to start using my inhaler. I realize that you cater to people with pets but there are a lot of people who are allergic to dander on cats and dogs. Designate rooms for non pets and change out the carpet in those rooms to start fresh for those of us with pet allergies.

Cons:

Our room wasn't cleaned or stocked upon arrival. Receptionist got snippy with me about time of arrival and then didn't let me know room was ready while I was sitting in lobby for additional 30 minutes.
