Ottima permanenza
Pros:

Camera carina e pulita, ma se siete al terzo piano potreste essere disturbati fino a tardi dai rumori dalla cucina che è al piano di sopra. Per il resto, silenzio assoluto. Ristorante ok ma se avete intolleranze chiedete tutto, ma proprio tutto. Caffeteria carina al piano terra con varietà di dolci e buon caffè. Colazione buona ma apre alle 8. Posizione ottima se cercate un posto vicino all'aeroporto o in un quartiere più ordinato della media. Accanto all'hotel farmacia e un rarissimo mini market. ATM per prelevare a 2 minuti sul lato opposto della strada.

Unpleasant room conditions, delayed response from staff, and limited breakfast options made the stay

Cons:

The room allocated to us was Room No. 102. When we arrived around 9:40 PM, there was a strong foul smell in the room. We immediately informed the staff, but they mentioned that **no alternate room was available** at that time. As we were extremely tired after traveling, we were forced to stay in the same room for the night.

The next morning, we raised the issue again at the reception and requested them to inspect the room. After visiting, the staff acknowledged that there was indeed a smell problem. Only then was our room changed to Room No. 206.

Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, and most items were made to order, offering very little variety.

Overall, the experience could have been much better with proper room maintenance and a more proactive approach to guest comfort.

Pros:

Very short stay this time at Burdera and everything was absolutely fine with fast WiFi connectivity and 24×7 coffee shop. Next time I prefer atleast 2 days here and thanx to booking. com for this wonderful Hotel.

Cleanliness I had a broken toilet sink and shower all were reported and nothing was done. Also a member of staff asked for 500 Rupees cash! to pay my bill with the credit card machine.
