Expedia populated a date I didn't enter. I cancelled well in advance but cancellation fee was excessive. I didn't stay. I let them know this weeks in advance. Unfair business

Poor customer service, rude staff property not being maintained. Curtains do not cover windows. Room smells of sewage Best thing about the location is it’s near the FERRY. No refrigerator or ice for medicine to be stored in. I do NOT recommend at ALL

Pros:

This great grandma took two small girls to Belize for snorkeling and they had an amazing time. Popeye's was very comfortable and met all our needs. We would stay there again and hope to.

Pros:

We were basically in staying in a closet with a bathroom. There is no t.v., no storage for clothing, used soap left in the shower area, dead roaches on the floor, toilet doesn't flush properly. We will not be staying here again. The Caye Hotel is a much nicer establishment with the same rental rates. We will be staying there for our next trip.

They advertised a restaurant and bar which are non-existant. The photo looking out over the pool shows a beach restaurant which has been sold to another establishment which was closed. How they got that many in the pool for the outdated photo is a miracle. There was no room safe, no t.v. and 2 crappy towels with no daily maid service. When Expedia tried to contact the owner regarding a refund they ghosted them. A huge disappointment although i can't blame the desk staff. Be warned!

Extremely disappointed! Did not even stay the night; checked out & moved on! Doubt we will get a refund.
Stayed at the property last year; was nice & clean, then… Mgmt has apparently turned over and NOTHING was clean! Very, very gross
