Pros:

My stay was very good at Benjarong. The staff is very nice. Shout out specially to Art who was very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is close to two main subway lines. Very convenient.

I would recommend it.

今回の宿泊価格を考えたら非常に満足(逆に言うと正規価格なら宿泊に満足出来ていなかっただろう)
レセプションのスタッフの対応には、非常に満足だし、微笑みの国を象徴している。
市内中心部でのナイトライフには向いていないが、交通機関でバンコク全体的旅程を考えているなら非常に満足する事でしょう。
唯一の決定的問題は大きな道路の交差点を有している為、道路を横切るには歩道橋が必至だが、トランクを抱えての移動は無理がある為、地下鉄MRTへは、立体駐車場とイエローラインの駅施設を横切る必要がある。ホテルの問題ではない為、致し方ないのだが、ホテルの価値を下げてしまっている事になっている気がする

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Great hotel. All the staff were incredibly friendly and a great choice of food at breakfast times. The rooms were really clean and modern. Location I thought was excellent, right by the blue and yellow MRT lines, then one stop along if you want the bts. The neighbourhood has a few restaurants and is not a touristy area. Really appreciated the free drinks and snacks always available in the lobby. The price was really good for the quality of service, rooms and food provided. Would definitely stay again.

ホテルスタッフが親切でいつも笑顔です。楽しく滞在できました。近くにコンビニはないですが、ホテルのEVカーで1番近いセブンイレブンまで送ってもらえます。買い物も終わるまで待ってくれるのでありがたいです。欲を言えばシャワーの水圧がないのが残念ポイントですが、それを補うホテルスタッフが素晴らしいです。

Venligt personale. morgenmaden var okay, men billig. Værelset var godt.
Eneste minus er lokationen som er lidt kedelig. Jeg kunne godt komme igen.

I feel very bad.
Pros:

I felt very unimpressed. The first time I checked in I got a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. I waited almost 10 minutes for the staff to come up and change the room. It was a waste of time. I went to check in at 9:00 p.m. and still had to waste time. Come and wait to change rooms again. Guests should give 2 key cards per key card, not an employee informing them that they are giving 1 key card to each room because there are not enough key cards. And they claim that they haven't collected the deposit yet, so if they want to collect the deposit for the key card, they can provide it. There won't be any problems, but if you book for 2 people to stay, you should get 2 key cards and then one person leaves the room. How will one person live? Please help understand and make sense here. Please pass it on to the Owner as well.

Weekend exploring.
Pros:

This hotel looks new.
It is in a great location if you fancy exploring Bangkok by the BTS or Mrt (both stations are on the doorstep).
The room was quiet and the bedding was very comfortable.
We ate and drank in the bar/bistro in the evening, the food and cocktails 🍸 etc were great.
If you don't want breakfast in the morning they offer free coffee and snacks etc.
