Pros:

War sehr zentral, sauber, familiär und modern!
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Verbindungen überall hin und vor allem ein sehr schöner Ortsteil von Istanbul.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen und empfehlen das Hotel jedem der eine entspannte und unkomplizierte Reise hier her machen möchte.

kleines, charmantes Hotel in quirliger Umgebung, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

kleines, überschaubares Hotel in einem authentischen Viertel für kleine Leute. Nur wenige Meter zur Waterfront.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Altbaucharme. ÖPNV-Anbindung mit Bus ab Besiktas Meijdan oder Kabatas.

It is okay, but could be better.

The windows are thin in the room, so it is very noisy during the night. A lot of small things which need to be fixed in the room, like the constantly opening night shelves or the tap in the shower.

Det var meget misvisende når man læste om deres faciliteter og blev brugt som en bordel.

Der var ingen rengøring det var noget man selv skulle ligeledes med at skaffe håndklæder og urent seng og værelse.

Der var på ingen måder noget elektronik der virkede optimalt, fjernsyn men ingen fjernbetjening

Om aften og natten kunne man opleve en strøm af mænd komme og gå og blev bekræftet i at der var to udenlandske kvinder der arbejdede som prostruterede trods mange opfordringer blev der ikke gjort noget

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité des principales attractions touristiques, ce qui permet de tout découvrir à pied. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et assez confortable.
Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentif, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins avec un sourire.

Pros:

Starting from location, it was the best location you can fin in Ortakoy, very near from the tourist area, meanwhile very quite at night. So location is perfect.
The room was clean, everything in place, nothing missing, nice smell of the room and the whole building.
Yussein is the front desk guy, he is very nice and welcoming. He can help you and recommend you about what you ask, very polite and helpful.
10/10, thank you Yussein, thank you Santra Hotel.

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt ist dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder meine erste Wahl
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, direkt im Zentrum von Ortaköy und alles war super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle mega nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Mir ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen ich war sehr zufrieden

The bed was extremely uncomfortable – I could feel the metal springs all night and woke up with back pain.
The room and bathroom were very small, making it hard to move around, and the towels were old and stained.
Even the staircase was very narrow.

Our stay was only for two nights – if it were longer, we would have canceled and left in the middle of our stay.
It was such a bad experience, and we will never return to this hotel again.
