Totally low mindset manager and staff. Not professional hospitality by everyone. The room key card obsolete and can't function properly. Regret staying at this hotel and everyone should avoid this hotel at any time. Our email correspondence on our dissatisfaction will not get any response.

We had a wonderful experience at Fern Habitat, Jaipur for Rohan and Bhavana’s wedding held on 26th and 27th November at the Pratishtha marriage hall. The entire staff was extremely courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help, making the event truly memorable. The food was delicious—special thanks to Chef Navneet Ji for the excellent taste and quality. Heartfelt thanks to Om Ji and Sandeep Ji for managing all the arrangements so well. Special appreciation to Vikas Ji for the beautiful decoration as to make this event more memorable and beautiful. Sincere thanks to Vishal Ji for his exceptional support throughout the celebrations. A special thanks to Krishna Ji from the sales team for his smooth coordination and professional support right from the beginning.

It was a good experience staying in the fern habitat , the housekeeping people were also so good , especially manjita and Vivek , they were so kind and good in nature , really liked the experience here.

The Fern Hotel is an amazing hotel to stay in. The staff are very friendly, supportive and approachable. The rooms are all very clean and well maintained. The food is delicious and healthy with variety of options. Anjna, Aashish, Rajkumar, Ramesh supervisor are namely very helpful staff that have been very supportive from day 1 of our stay in the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and all the places nearby are very accessible. The laundry service here is really good too with the bedsheets and towels being maintained very well and clean. It’s an experience to stay in Jaipur in such a beautiful hotel.

Ankur was great help for my room as he was great as room service and helped in house keeping as well, would recommend coming here, very good hospitality and housekeeping is excellent especially Ankur

We had a pleasant stay . It was lovely experience the rooms are clean, breakfast buffet was good, staff was polite they made sure we had comfortable stay.

Good Ambience and the Breakfast is very good and lot many options are available. Staff at Breakfast especially Mansi has been very caring and attentive taking good care of the Guests.

The experience was good and manjitha was polite with us and helped us a lot whenever needed. They cleaned the room neatly which looked like the day1 when we came(clean). They cooper ated with us when we had lost our belongings and helped us to find our belongings which was lost.
