Pros:

Friendly, helpful and trustworthy stuff has kept me coming back to this guest house whenever I am in this hectic city called Karachi. Environment, albeit in a very central location, is very calm. Cozy to stay in. Foreigner-friendly, staff speaks enough English for your purposes.

Cons:

If I really have to be nitpicky, there's no hot water, but it's kind of the norm apart from high-end hotels. It was summer during my stay anyway so idrc.

Not the cleanest rooms/facilities but still high level. A/C doesn't always work very well depending on the room

The stay was pleasant. It was safe and sound. The location was good too. I just expected a bit too much for the price I

The location was great and property was safe.

Cons:

I didn’t find many facilities. I assumed all the toiletries would be included and even the towels and all. But they weren’t. Switch boards were broken too. Even the slippers or hangers weren’t available which I thought will be.

breakfast was just ok, location is very good, but room linen were not clean enough, no location in bathroom, sink hot water tap wasn't working. no balcony as it was described. otherwise staff was very cooperative n friendly. thanks

EXCEPRIONAL STAY AT HOTEL SEVEN 7
Pros:

I liked the support by the staff who were very kind to give me room of my choice at discounted price. Further, every thing was available in my room at a phone call.

Cons:

I think fumigation must be improved to keep the bathroom free from insects.
